Paldies. Aicinu neatbalstīt.".

On a summer time and / or a change of time zone " (interjection: " yes! ") I immediately raise the question: true, but whether there has been a strategic difference since 1995, when we made the Association Agreement with the European Union or since 2004 ,we became a member of the European Union on 1 May? International communication, but it will be relatively irrelevant, as Latvia is already at a time of divergence with most of the countries of the European Union, Savuthly has every opportunity to follow Latvia's example,' It is now a question of whether our Baltic neighbours are concerned :let us, and will, move over to Moscow time? I think it is not as simple as it is, whether this change also has implications for human health, as the authors of the initiative say?: in paragraph 6 of the directive, there is no evidence at this stage: today, there is no evidence in the 27 Member States. That this long-term impact on human health states very clearly within the meaning of Directive 7 that this shift to summer time does not also affect road safety, namely the lack of time in the autumn and spring is not affected by road safety. With this question, on the issue of public health and public safety, the authors of this initiative have not taken note of the directive very clearly, that this does not affect this very important area (uproar) and finally in Finland, which is based in the Baltic States. At one time in time, discussions are now underway on whether to constantly move to Central time, meaning GMT + 1 time - just as it is across the sea - in Sweden - or in the outermost neighborhoods - In Poland, I think thisthe initiative has not been considered, and in any case, in order to discuss something like this at all, there is a need for more research to be clear on how this affects both our economies and public health and the safety on the roads I shall not be in favour of Ashes".

Klausoties šo motivāciju šim priekšlikumam - nodot to Ministru kabinetam -, es nesaprotu, kāpēc vispār tas tika atbalstīts, jo principā visas ministrijas jau ir atnākušas un savu viedokli pateikušas. Ekonomikas ministrija - noteikti!

At the same time, he argued that defining a time zone is the competence of each national legislative authority for the collective application of the proposal, which would require the adoption of a legislative act on the time zone change, as well as the removal of the Cabinet provisions of 26 October 2010 No 26on 13 January 2016, 1010 Commission members continued their assessment of the application of the sitting and expressed the views of the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Health, the Department of Health, the Latvian Employers' Confederation and representatives of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce, representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Industry reported thatthe discontinuation of the clock time change would result in additional costs for transport, tourism and the telecoms sector the single system currently in existence increases the revenue of tourism and restaurants in the transport sector, removing obstacles to the timing of the timetable on energy savings ,according to the Ministry, the savings are now not as substantial as it was earlier in the past, they said, that the whole European Union had a single procedure laid down in Directive 2000 / 84 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 January 2000 laying down the dates ,in which daylight saving starts and ends, the text of the Directive in English and English is not explicitly mandatory in the text of the Latvian text, but the English text has emphasised that Tika isa single shift towards the Member States of the European Union at the least cost of the change of the time band indicated that the issue could be decided at national level, as time bands can be changed if it is necessary to increase the costs associated with the Laika band in the country as a result of changes in the costs associated withinformation from the Ministry of Transport by the Ministry of Transport reported that the issue of the transition to the summer period is a politically and economically debatable issue in Savuthly, a question of a geography related to a matter on which it would not be logical to vote in accordance withthis ministry's view of Latvia is manifestly geographical in the second period, but it is optimal for everyone to live in its astronomical time, in the hands of the Ministry of Justice, after the ministry's opinion, there is a question of political choice on the benefits, aviation andthe rail sector, as we do not shift to another time band, would not have to review the movement lists for flights and trains, representatives of the Confederation's Employers' Confederation reported that the only advantage from the transition could be that people would make more rational use of time-consuming roads. The lack of reference to aclimatisation, which takes between one and four weeks, should not be changed by a time band, a spokesman suggested changing the daytime regime, starting all the usual activity one hour earlier, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry officials said in a snub position on the issue. As regards the question, the shift to summer time and back-to-back effects on workers' well-being and working capacity are being temporarily compromised, as the human biological rhythm is not long term, and, from the point of view of the company, their staff have no children and many sick workers, as mentioned in the collectivethe submission comes as key groups whose health and life rhythm have been affected by the shift to summer time in Single Gaze said they believed the time gap had an impact on the international business: the greater the time the cost of the company's Health Secretary reported lastduring this time, research in this area is rather a change of time for the clock in a pro-economic or neutral way, and there is no research proving that the transition of the clock has a negative impact on the requirements of a person's health and all information received, the Commission concluded that it was necessaryin an in-depth study on this issue, the Commission on 3 February 2016 voted unanimously in favour of the draft decision on the 10 540 citizens' collective applications and decided to ask the Cabinet Office to examine the requirements in September 1, by 1 September 2016.
