Today I would like to express a faction with a view to the amendments of the Republic of the City of the Republic of the Republic, and this amendment was drawn up by a group of Members from different parties, and these amendments stipulate that the right to vote in the City of City can be granted to people ,who, in the territory of the local authorities concerned, has been working for the last four months, Our faction has been sympathetic to this very negative and incredulity to the local authority of the citizens of the territory of the territory, which operates in the territory and working for localin the interests of the people, the Local Government should be considered as the basis of the democratic machine as a power that is elected by a local population permanently residing in the area and is familiar with specific local authorities' problems with the Republic of thethe city council and the county council election law in force provide an opportunity to vote on relevant domes for those voters who are affiliated with the local authority, declare it its place of residence or hold them on their territory in the property of So Thesevoters pay local government both personal income tax and property taxes, thus contributing to local government budgeting and giving local authority the opportunity to develop, and it is these voters who have the right to choose who is in the municipality to choose from. But by granting the right to vote in local authorities for people who have been working in local authorities at least over the past four months, as the authors of the bill very much want, and one of the previous speakers, will simply be knocked down as the council then electedcitizens who do not participate in the local authority budget need to point to another major problem, the draft law does not provide a solution to prevent such voters from voting twice since elections are organised on the basis of a voter register designed according to the electoratethe declared residence So with the consistency of the fraction voted against this revolutionary U-turn today, however, by a majority of votes the draft bill has been referred to lawmakers With their work with this legislative branch of parliament to continue Thank you for attention".

Paldies.".

There are many reasons for this at all in Europe at a moment of apathy as voter apathy, but there are things the legislature can do about it, and as a minimum to remove some of the obstacles to the electorateon Election Day to take part in the election If we look to the motherland, then polls are not for voters, but who does not go to vote, â suggests that the most common reason for people not participating in local elections is that they are simply pollinga day is not in his own right, outside his compartment, as their actual and declared residence varies And if we look at the concept of " occupancy " as such, see that the original principle that it is a point of contact between the Stateand the citizens have made this inflexibility in a crater, still with other things, such as waiting lists for kindergartens and school utility bills a lot of where calculated according to the number declared, or, for example, in the case of civil-car insurance. Attached to the declared residence, the E.I. if you are in the capital you have declared you have to pay more than, for example, Valpeace And there are even cases of someone renting a flat, its proprietor even prevents it from declaring, so he is their actual place of residenceit is not true to say, And what? There is the fact that these people have been lost to our democracy! There is also a very interesting feature that I find here in other European countries to find nowhere else: in Latvia, nowhere else can be seen in Latvia. A greater range of persons than voting in an election Proti may stand for someone who has been declared in a given municipality, someone who holds the property, or someone who works in a particular municipality, but the vote can only be declared by either the person or persons who arethere is a property between the electoral logic and the generally accepted practice, really nowhere else is it not the norm, as a bare minimum; this right is at least equal to what The lawmakers' elections can only stand from at the age of 21, but voting can already be out of reach from the age of 21. 18 years ago there is also a range of individuals penalized and cannot stand for vote, but whose vote can be balanced, namely to extend this right to a group of people to vote in local elections ,what we are going to do is to ensure that, at least if we look at the experience of other European countries, it will be possible to see that Poland, when we look at other European countries two years ago, we can see that it was the following amendments two years ago that Poland ,even further, allow not only the workers but also those who are working, and those who are in general to be referencing a particular council in other European countries in a common trend in other European countries, that seek these burdens afterthe scope for a cut of  say, allow voting by post, extend earlier voting times or even allow, in local elections, the vote of the local authorities, of course, as well as opposing views on the fact that if you don't work there Then out after our taxthe system meets that you don't pay tax But we'll be realistic yet! Man who goes out there for work, eats a cafe or canteen lunch; he's maybe rented there in a flat, while renting a flat, even in the price of an annotated estatethe tax pay gap, or the eating of a cafe, helps pay a pay pad, which in turn, from its taxes paid to individual local government money, It will, in short, carry all the things that should be able to be improved in electoral legislation (as this is the case )the bill was supported by the transfer of commissions, so we will therefore have the opportunity to touch on these issues, discuss them and make sure that as many people as possible participate in the municipal elections, Thank you once again for the attention they have made once again for a happy and successful year!".

Paldies.".

This week, the House of Tautfarms, the agrarian, environment and regional policy commission in its final session confirmed the opinion of the commission on limiting energy drink distribution to We, the Department of Health, managedlawmakers in the Tautfarms, the agrarian, environmental and regional policy commission to argue that our children should be protected from the use of energy-based beverage Un next Thursday, the bill will be considered by Saeima, and I hope that Saeima will vote in favour of this law and, consequently, Latvia will be in favour ofthe second Â, following the Lithuanian â country (in the world, not just in Europe!), in which energy drinks are banned from selling to children, the Department of Health has a very strong view in this regard, I call on each and every one in this view that this view is based on what is written in itthe cover of each energy drink bottle or block is written in Tur that these drinks should not give children, pregnant Un a problem with energy drinks it's not just that there's caffeine in a very high concentration of energy drinks containing very high concentrations of energy drinksmany biologically active substances, not just vitamins, which per package exceeds the daily recommended intake and the whole thing is written in small print on each beverage, or a bottle of a manufacturer aware of the harmfulness of this beverage, He has this responsibilitywe were able to convince the protagonists, But we managed to convince the Saeima commission that, in the case of a minor, he is unable to assess all the risks, It was first and foremost of 1 January of this year in the school cafes and the range of products available for school canteens and school canteens. It is different than in the previous year, school canteens may only be feeding fresh lunch from natural products, while school cafes and school vending machines, which have been issued for food products, have been introduced (the so-called " banned " principle of products that should never have been sold) in the Now School cafes may only be sold, the healthy products at the start of the year of these café shelves are yet to be empty, but only because the operator has not yet sorted out this café. Very fast these café shelves will deliver! We, the Ministry of Health, are poised to regularly come to cabinet and expand this authorised, healthy array of products Our goal is to protect children, create them with an environment in which unhealthy products at all are not available for them".
