Veselības ministrijai ir ļoti stingrs viedoklis šajā sakarā. Es aicinu katru... Un īstenībā šis viedoklis pamatojas tajā, kas ir rakstīts uz katras enerģijas dzēriena pudeles vai bundžas. Tur ir rakstīts, ka šos dzērienus nedrīkst dot bērniem, grūtniecēm... Un problēma ar enerģijas dzērieniem ir ne tikai tā, ka tur ir kofeīns ļoti augstā koncentrācijā. Enerģijas dzērieni satur ļoti daudzas bioloģiski aktīvas vielas, ne tikai vitamīnus devās, kas vienā iepakojumā pārsniedz diennakts ieteicamo devu. Un tas viss ir rakstīts maziem burtiņiem uz katra dzēriena bundžiņas vai pudeles. Un ražotājs zina par šī dzēriena kaitīgumu. Viņš ir šo atbildību pārlicis uz patērētājiem. Bet mums izdevās pārliecināt Saeimas komisiju, ka tajā gadījumā, kad patērētājs ir nepilngadīgs, viņš nevar izvērtēt visus tos riskus. Tas bija pirmkārt. Otrkārt. No šā gada 1.janvāra skolu kafejnīcās un skolu ēdnīcās pieejamais produktu klāsts ir savādāks nekā iepriekšējā gadā.
