Tādējādi ar likuma pārkāpēja samaksāto soda naudu ir iespēja nepastarpināti veikt sabiedrībai derīgus pienākumus, ko valsts ir atzinusi par labu esam. Mums viena no galvenajām prioritātēm valsts un saimnieciskās attīstības programmā ir tieši iedzīvotāju skaita palielināšana nevis ar imigrāciju, bet palielinot dzimstību šeit, tātad, īstenojot pirmā mājokļa programmu un visu pārējo. Līdz ar to ir ļoti būtiski pieņemt šo priekšlikumu. Turklāt, ja šobrīd mēs pasakām skaidri un gaiši, ka šo naudu mēs novirzām ekonomikas attīstības programmai... Ekonomikas attīstības programmā, kā jūs zināt, šobrīd nav lieku naudas līdzekļu.
