Proti, tā kā tiek atcelta Saeimas deputātu imunitāte administratīvā soda uzlikšanas gadījumā, ir nepieciešams izdarīt attiecīgus grozījumus arī tajās Saeimas kārtības ruļļa normās, kuras paredz nepieciešamību mums, Saeimai, lemt par piekrišanu Saeimas deputāta saukšanai pie administratīvās atbildības. Jau tad, kad izskatījām likumprojektu otrajā lasījumā, es ziņoju, ka Tiesu politikas apakškomisijā un Juridiskajā komisijā lielākās diskusijas bija par to, vai un kādā kārtībā būtu publiskojama informācija par Saeimas deputātu izdarītajiem administratīvajiem pārkāpumiem. Tiesu politikas apakškomisija lūdza Saeimas frakcijas apsvērt un izdiskutēt šo jautājumu. Tiesu politikas apakškomisija saņēma frakciju viedokļus, taču tie nebija izteikti priekšlikumu veidā. Līdz ar to šie divi priekšlikumi ir sagatavoti, jau darbojoties komisijā, nevis kā deputātu vai frakciju priekšlikumi. Uzklausot frakciju pārstāvju viedokļus, toreiz Juridiskajā komisijā bija konceptuāls balsojums par to, ka uz trešo lasījumu tiek lūgts Juridiskajam birojam izstrādāt piedāvājumu, un šodien šajos priekšlikumos ir šis Juridiskā biroja piedāvājums.
