Juridiskās komisijas sēdes laikā atklājās, ka šis priekšlikums nav pietiekami pamatots un, manā skatījumā, nav samērīgs. Tāpēc es aicinu pieturēties pie Juridiskās komisijas atzinuma un noraidīt šo priekšlikumu. Ja priekšlikuma autori uzskata, ka šis temats ir tik ļoti aktuāls, tad būtu nepieciešams izdiskutēt šo problēmu ar nozari, sagatavot attiecīgu likumprojektu ar izsmeļošu anotāciju un virzīt uz priekšu, nevis iesniegt kaut ko otrajam lasījumam steidzamības kārtā. Es domāju, ka šāda kārtība Saeimas vairākumam nav pieņemama. Aicinu balsot pret šo priekšlikumu.".
