Izskaidrošu, kādas ir šī priekšlikuma piedāvātās izmaiņas. Šobrīd valsts apmaksā visiem lietas dalībniekiem tulku piedalīšanos tiesas sēdē tad, ja viņi saka, ka viņi nepārvalda tiesvedības valodu.
