Mikrouzņēmumu nodokļa likumu Saeima nepārtraukti mētā kā tādu karstu kartupeli, šoreiz aizmetot līdz tam, ka pasaka: mikrouzņēmumu nodokļa režīms beigs pastāvēt pēc 2018.gada. Kāpēc frakcija “No sirds Latvijai” aicina balsot pret šo likumprojektu? Tāpēc, ka likumprojekts pasaka tikai vienu daļu no stāsta, bet nepasaka nākamo daļu stāsta. Nav visu pārējo likumprojektu, kuri ir solīti šī likumprojekta anotācijā un pie kuriem, kā rakstīts anotācijā, Finanšu ministrija un Ekonomikas ministrija joprojām turpina strādāt (tātad - pie tiem uzņēmējdarbības risinājumiem, kuri varētu tikt piedāvāti uzņēmējiem jauniesācējiem, tā saukto dzīvesstila uzņēmumu statusā strādājošajiem uzņēmējiem un tā tālāk). Tātad šodien esošajiem 47 tūkstošiem mikrouzņēmumu (ar gandrīz 90 tūkstošiem strādājošo) tiek pateikts: “Līdz nākamā gada vidum vēl šajā režīmā jūs varat reģistrēt un pat uzsākt darbību, bet rēķinieties ar to, ka pēc tam šis režīms beidzas, jums jāpārreģistrējas kādā no šobrīd spēkā esošajām uzņēmējdarbības formām. Kļūstiet vai nu par iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa maksātājiem, vai par kāda patenta saņēmējiem, vai piereģistrējiet savu SIA!” Mums nav pieņemams šāds stāsts - tas, ka kārtējo reizi nerēķinās ar Latvijas sabiedrību. Jūs uzskatāt, ka cilvēki pieņem īstermiņa lēmumus, ja viņi vēlas uzsākt kaut ko pastāvīgu? Ka viņi to izdomā šodien, rīt sāk darboties un viņiem ir vienalga, kas notiek pēc piecām dienām, un viņi atkal ir gatavi pieņemt situāciju? Cik daudz cilvēku jau nav gatavi pieņemt šo situāciju un nav pieņēmuši! Viņi ir aizbraukuši no Latvijas, viņi aizvien vairāk meklē citus nodokļu režīmus, kuros ar uzņēmēju rēķinās, kuros viņā ieklausās, kuros viņu saprot, kuros viņam palīdz. Un tas arī nav jāmeklē tālu: tas ir tepat blakām - Igaunijā vai Lietuvā. Tāpēc es vēlreiz aicinu: cienīsim Latvijas sabiedrību, cienīsim tos, kas ir uzņēmīgi un mēģina kaut ko Latvijā darīt, un neatbalstīsim šajā brīdī šo likumprojektu, bet pagaidīsim, kamēr valdība būs parastā, normālā kārtībā sagatavojusi visu to likumu paketi, kuri regulēs - un cerams, ka regulēs stabili, - uzņēmējdarbību nākamajos gados! Aicinu šo likumprojektu šobrīd nevirzīt komisijai!".
