Pirmā - Eiropas Savienības vienotā noregulējuma regulas praktiskā piemērošana, un otrā - esošā tiesiskā regulējuma pilnveidošana, lai padarītu to skaidrāku. Tagad par vienotā noregulējuma regulas praktiskās piemērošanas nodrošināšanu. Sākot ar 2016.gada 1.janvāri, Latvijai piemērojama Eiropas Parlamenta un Padomes regula, ar ko izveido vienotus noteikumus un vienotu procedūru kredītiestāžu un noteiktu ieguldījumu brokeru sabiedrību noregulējumam. Šim nolūkam izmanto vienotu noregulējuma mehānismu un vienotu noregulējuma fondu. Atbilstošā regula paredz, ka Eiropas Savienības Vienotā noregulējuma valde ir atbildīga par noregulējuma plānu izstrādi un visu ar noregulējumu saistīto lēmumu pieņemšanu, pirmkārt, attiecībā uz visām nozīmīgajām kredītiestāžu grupām, kas ir pakļautas Eiropas Centrālās bankas uzraudzībai. Latvijā, kā mēs visi zinām, tādas ir trīs. Otrkārt. No 2016.gada regula paredz, ka attiecībā uz visām kredītiestādēm un to grupām, kuras veic pārrobežu darbību, dalībvalstis var nolemt, ka Vienotā noregulējuma valde īsteno visas attiecīgās pilnvaras un pienākumus attiecībā arī uz citām kredītiestādēm un to grupām. Otrā grozījumu grupa, kas nav saistīta ar Eiropas Savienības tiesību aktu piemērošanu, attiecas uz likumā lietotās terminoloģijas precizēšanu un likuma precizēšanu kopumā, lai lietotājiem būtu labāk izprast. Budžeta un finanšu (nodokļu) komisija šo likumprojektu izskatīja un apstiprināja pirmajā lasījumā. Lūdzu atbalstīt.".
