Jo pretējā gadījumā... Viņi ir redzējuši tikai un vienīgi nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa kāpumu pēdējo gadu laikā - un pat vairākas reizes tas ir noticis! -, viņu izdevumi ir pieauguši, viņu spēja uzturēt savus nekustamos īpašumus, savas tēva mājas, savas dzīvesvietas un mītnes vietas netiek, teiksim, nodrošināta ar tādu finanšu skaidrību nākotnē, kādai tai būtu jābūt. Vēlos arī vērst jūsu uzmanību, ka šī gada 16.jūnijā Saeima uzdeva Ministru kabinetam darbiņu, kurš bija jāizdara ne vēlāk kā līdz šī gada 1.oktobrim. Es jums nolasīšu to Saeimas lēmumu: “Pamatojoties uz 10 496 Latvijas pilsoņu kolektīvo iesniegumu Saeimai “Par nekustamā īpašuma nodokļa atcelšanu vienīgajam īpašumam”, uzdot Ministru kabinetam sagatavot un līdz 2016.gada 1.oktobrim iesniegt Saeimai informatīvu ziņojumu par iespējām izdarīt grozījumus normatīvajos aktos, lai īstenotu principus, kas ļautu nekustamā īpašuma nodokli vienīgajam īpašumam nepiemērot vai arī piemērot vienoto samazināto procentu likmi no nekustamā īpašuma vērtības.” Kolēģi! Vēlos vērst jūsu uzmanību uz to, ka Ministru kabinets... Es skatos, ka šis jautājums neinteresē, vai ne? (Dep. I.Viņķele: “Ko lai dara?”) Ministru kabinets... Barčas kundze, Ministru kabinets savu darbu nav izdarījis, jā! Tāpēc ziniet: ja kāds neizdara savu darbu privātajā biznesā vai vēl kaut kur, tad, Barčas kundze, atlaiž! Atlaiž! Tieši tāpat būtu jādara ar šo Ministru kabinetu, kurš līdz 1.oktobrim nav bijis spējīgs nākt klajā ar informatīvo ziņojumu par jautājumu, kas skar ikkatru Latvijas iedzīvotāju. Ikkatru Latvijas iedzīvotāju! Nesekmīgajiem liek divniekus. Tos, kuri neizdara savu darbu, atlaiž. Kolēģi, es vēlos vērst jūsu uzmanību uz to, ka šis ir budžeta laiks, šis ir laiks, kad mums vajag jautājumu par nekustamā īpašuma nodokli beidzot atrisināt, lai Latvijas iedzīvotājiem būtu skaidrība. Tādēļ aicinu jūs otrajā lasījumā izskatīt priekšlikumus, kuri skar jautājumus par izmaksām mūsu cilvēkiem, mūsu uzņēmumiem. Paldies.".
