Nekad vēl nav bijis tā, ka koalīcijas deputāti pēdējā momentā iesniedz priekšlikumu par tāda likumprojekta izslēgšanu, kuru sagatavojusi pilnīgi cita frakcija, citi deputāti, un to dara, nebrīdinot un nepamatojot savu lūgumu. Likumprojekts sagatavots, pamatojoties uz 9000 iedzīvotāju, pilsoņu, lūgumu atrisināt šo jautājumu par izdienas pensijām. Mēs ļoti rūpīgi visu vasaru gatavojām šo likumprojektu, saskaņojām to ar sabiedriskajām organizācijām. Mums atzinums ir no Finanšu ministrijas, mums ir arī vēstule no Ministru prezidenta Kučinska par šo problēmu. Es nezinu, kāpēc mēs šodien nevaram šo likumprojektu nodot Sociālo un darba lietu komisijai un visus jautājumus atrisināt, un uzlabot redakciju komisijā. Vakar Sociālo un darba lietu komisijā mēs skatījām likumprojektu “Valsts probācijas dienesta ierēdņu un darbinieku izdienas pensiju likums”. Pilnīgi līdzīga tēma, pilnīgi tie paši riski, kuri ir pašvaldības policijā. Kāpēc mēs vienu grupu ar tieslietu ministra atbalstu virzām uz priekšu, bet pašvaldības policisti, kuri riskē ar savu dzīvību un veselību, nevar dabūt godīgu, atklātu diskusiju komisijā? Kāpēc valdošā koalīcija šodien izslēdz no darba kārtības šo jautājumu, nav zināms. Vai tas ir normāli, ka tiek pārkāpti demokrātijas principi, ka opozīcijas deputātiem ne tikai netiek dotas tiesības iesniegt likumprojektu, bet ar balsu vairākumu tas tiek izslēgts no darba kārtības? Vai mēs neejam uz kaut kādu jau autoritāru režīmu, kur valdošā koalīcija savās slēgtajās sēdēs ne tikai dala kvotas attiecībā uz budžetu, bet arī reglamentē deputātu darbību ar likumprojektiem? Pasakiet man vienu kļūdu šajā likumprojektā, ko mēs iesniedzām! Parādiet man vienu problēmu, kur nav saskaņojuma ar izpildvaru vai ar pašvaldībām! Tad es pats atsaukšu savu parakstu un strādāšu vēl ar savu atbalsta grupu, kura vēlas, lai pašvaldības policija dabūtu tādas pašas sociālās garantijas kā Valsts policijas, Valsts probācijas dienesta un SAB darbinieki. Tas nav korekti, deputāti! Mēs tikko dabūjām Satversmes jauno redakciju un Saeimas kārtības ruļļa jauno redakciju. Jūs palasiet! Ja mēs sāksim tā, vēlāk mēs vispār nedabūsim godīgu diskusiju un atklātu sarunu te, parlamentā. Mēs strādājām atklāti, mēs piedalījāmies gandrīz visās sēdēs, kur šis jautājums bija aktualizēts, un gala rezultātā, mums nepaskaidrojot, tikai ar balsu vairākumu izslēdz to no darba kārtības. Parādiet man, kur es kļūdījos, izstrādājot šo likumprojektu! Parādiet man to punktu, kurš nav saskaņots ar sociālo politiku Latvijā! Parādiet, ka pašvaldības policists nav cienīgs saņemt izdienas pensiju, bet Valsts probācijas dienesta darbinieks, kurš atrodas Tieslietu ministrijas pārraudzībā, - ir. Paldies.".
