Pašreizējos grozījumus ir iesniedzis Ministru kabinets, un tie nepieciešami, lai aktualizētu Karatiesu likumu atbilstoši mūsdienu situācijai. Es gan patiesībā teikšu to (un es domāju, ka jūs tāpat domājat): dod, Dievs, lai mums nekad nebūtu jāpiedzīvo šī likuma piemērošana praksē! Pirmkārt.
