Šajā gadījumā Ādamsona kunga piedāvātais priekšlikums bija apmēram pēc tāda principa: pieņēmām lēmumu, ka regulējumam jābūt. Un pēkšņi tas regulējums tad nu radās. Nu nekas tā no vietas nerodas! Šinī gadījumā mēs atrisināsim problēmu, kas saistīta tieši ar valsts aizsardzības jomu, un trešajam lasījumam būs iesniegts priekšlikums par to, kādos termiņos ir jābūt regulējumam citās jomās. Jo šobrīd mēs... sarežģījot spriešanu par vienu jomu, proti, par dronu problēmas atrisināšanu tieši militārajos objektos, mēs vienkārši novilcināsim šo mazo lietu, ko mēs varam šobrīd risināt. Tā ka es aicinu noraidīt Ādamsona kunga priekšlikumus - gan 1.priekšlikumu, gan - neapšaubāmi! - arī 3., jo 3.priekšlikums paredz, ka Ministru kabinetam līdz 1.septembrim ir jāiesniedz Saeimai likumprojekts “Par bezpilota lidaparātiem”. Arī pie mums Tautsaimniecības, agrārās, vides un reģionālās politikas komisijā, tāpat kā Aizsardzības, iekšlietu un korupcijas novēršanas komisijā, bija dažādu jomu speciālisti, kuru viedoklis bija šāds: tiešām šī joma ir ļoti sarežģīta. Un līdz 1.septembrim neviens neko nav gatavs iesniegt. Līdz ar to varētu būt runa par nākamā gada pavasari, kad varētu būt tiešām, nenoliedzu, atsevišķs likums par bezpilota lidaparātiem, kurā tad arī tiktu regulēts viss, kas saistīts ar ieslodzījuma vietu drošību, civilo objektu drošību un tamlīdzīgi. Tā ka aicinu noraidīt šo un arī 3.priekšlikumu.".
