Kārtējo reizi runājot par šo likumprojektu, mēs varam redzēt to, ka Prezidijs ne visai veiksmīgi lemj par viena vai otra likumprojekta nodošanu atbildīgajām komisijām. (Dep. Aizsardzības, iekšlietu un korupcijas novēršanas komisija savā sēdē izskatīja visu šo problemātiku, uzklausīja speciālistus (komisijas sēdē piedalījās apmēram 20 dažādu speciālistu, ekspertu), un mēs pārrunājām arī jautājumu par tām briesmām, kas mums var draudēt, ja mums nav normatīvā regulējuma, kas skar bezpilota lidaparātus. Un pieņēmām attiecīgus lēmumus, ka šim regulējumam ir jābūt. Ko paredz atbildīgās komisijas priekšlikums un ko paredz priekšlikums, kuru ir iesniegusi Aizsardzības ministrija? Bet kur tad mums paliek Ministru prezidents, vesela virkne ārvalstu delegāciju, citu valstu prezidenti, ministri un tamlīdzīgi?! Tātad pret viņiem var pielietot dažādus veidus, kā viņus iznīcināt. Tajā skaitā arī Valsts prezidentam ir diezgan problemātiski braukt ar mašīnu, tāpēc ka tā netiek klasificēta kā militārs objekts. Līdz ar to es paplašināju šo iespēju, paplašināju arī Aizsardzības ministrijas sniegto priekšlikumu. Priekšlikumā ir ietverts jēdziens “kritiskā infrastruktūra”. Un ir absolūti skaidrs, ka vienā priekšlikumā nevar paredzēt visas dzīves situācijas: gan bezpilota lidmašīnu reģistrēšanu, iespējamos lidojuma ierobežojumus un tamlīdzīgi, un tamlīdzīgi.
