Tradicionāli bija izvirzīti proporcionāli - pa diviem deputātiem no katras frakcijas... Taču šobrīd, ja opozīcijas deputāti ir atsaukti... opozīcijas partijas ir atsaukušas savus deputātus no šīs komisijas un neizvirza citus, tas nozīmē, ka ir izteikta neuzticība konkrētās komisijas vadībai - atvainojiet, nevis parlamentam, bet konkrētās komisijas vadībai!
