Grozot likumu, jūs šobrīd ietekmējat lielāko daļu Latvijas iedzīvotāju, izņemot varbūt bērnus un sirmgalvjus, kriminalizējot jebkuru ziņu vākšanu - neatkarīgi no tā, kā tās tiks izmantotas. Jūs sniedzat milzu pilnvaras drošības iestādēm ierosināt krimināllietu praktiski pret jebkuru cilvēku, kurš, piemēram, vāc pierādījumus tiesā, lai aizsargātu savu īpašumu. Kolēģi! Jums vairākkārt rakstījuši un sūtījuši vēstules biedri no “Atvērtās pārvaldības partnerības Latvijā”, kas saskata lielu bīstamību tieši šajā pretspiegošanas pantā. Un viņu bažas ir šādas: piesedzoties ar drošības draudiem valstij, tiks ieviests bīstams režīms, kas atturēs iedzīvotājus no savu tiesību aizstāvēšanas.
