Un pārejas noteikumi tiek papildināti arī ar normu, kas uzdod Ministru kabinetam līdz šī gada 1.novembrim izstrādāt Ministru kabineta noteikumus, kuri regulētu un noteiktu nekustamā īpašuma attīstības plāna izstrādi un grozīšanas un pieņemšanas kārtību.
