Tieslietu ministrija šobrīd klusām un atkal šaurā lokā virza izmaiņas par kadastrālās vērtības pieaugumu, un sajūta ir tāda, ka galvenais ir nevis sakārtot attiecības starp dzīvokļu īpašniekiem un zemes īpašniekiem, kuriem pieder zeme zem šīm daudzdzīvokļu mājām, bet gandrīz vai palielināt šo kadastrālo vērtību, lai dzīvokļu īpašniekiem būtu jāmaksā vairāk tiem dažiem zemes īpašniekiem, kuriem tā zeme pieder. Šis katastrofālais, nepieņemamais un patiesībā latviešu tautai traģiskais kadastrālās vērtības pieauguma plāns ir kā dziļumbumba nācijas turpmākai attīstībai. Šinī situācijā dara uzmanīgu kas cits. Iespējams, Latvijas Pašvaldību savienība kopā ar Latvijas Lielo pilsētu asociācijas pārstāvjiem un pie varas esošajām partijām ir vienojusies, ka visi klusēs attiecībā uz šādu kadastrālās vērtības pieaugumu. Bet cietīs no tā tauta, un šobrīd izskatās, ka nekustamā īpašuma nodoklis nevis kļūs par bagātnieku nodokli, kā šeit kolēģi uzsvēra, bet tas kļūs par tautas iznīcības nodokli. Un šajā sakarā bagātība tiešām ir dzimtas paaudžu paaudzēs iegūtie īpašumi un būvētās mājas. Taču šobrīd izskatās, ka daudziem mājas nāksies pamest tikai tāpēc, ka kāds ir izdomājis to vērtību noteikt vēl lielāku un tos procentus vēl lielākus. Šajā jautājumā Latvijas Reģionu apvienībai ir ļoti principiāla nostāja. Mēs, iespējams, ja ne citādi, tad vērsīsimies kādā no tiesām, lai apstādinātu šo negodīgo nodokli. Pārējie jautājumi vairāk vai mazāk bija rutīnas jautājumi. Redzēs, kā ar tiem veiksies tālāk. Latvijas Reģionu apvienībai šonedēļ bija tikšanās ar tieslietu ministru... es atvainojos, ar finanšu ministri. Un finanšu ministre atzīmēja, ka viņas plānos nav palielināt nodokļu slogu, par ko arī mēs iestājamies un ko Latvijas Reģionu apvienība noteikti atbalsta. Mēs sekosim līdzi, kā ar to veiksies. Taču viena lieta gan darīja ļoti uzmanīgus. Izrādās, ka budžeta pieņemšana un šīs deputātu kvotas... jau divas reizes arī Latvijas Reģionu apvienība ir bijusi spiesta iebilst pret budžeta pieņemšanu daļēji arī šo kvotu dēļ. Izrādās, ka šīs deputātu kvotas vispār pastāv tikai tāpēc, ka tā esot samaksa par budžeta pieņemšanu. Tā ka, cienījamie radioklausītāji, ja jūs dzirdat, ka kādam šausmīgi lielas rūpes par bērnu laukumiņiem, kādu pašvaldības skolu vai vēl kaut kādiem labumiem, kādu kori vai deju kolektīvu, tad ziniet – patiesībā tā ir samaksa varas deputātiem par to, ka viņi pieņem budžetu. Un visbeidzot par vakardien notikušo un daudzos masu medijos jau izskanējušo leģionāru piemiņas dienu. Latvijas Reģionu apvienības nostāja ir tāda... tā vietā, lai mēs godinātu un pieminētu šos cilvēkus, kuriem bija šī briesmīgā izvēle, kad bieži vien brālis pret brāli satikās karalaukā, tā vietā, lai mēs klusām pieminētu un atzīmētu šo dienu, dažādi radikālie veidojumi ar to vairo savu populismu un kaut kādu atpazīstamību.
