Ieliktu tādos amatos, kuri skar ikkatru no jums. Tādos amatos, kuriem būs ietekme gan uz to, cik jūs maksājat par elektrību, gan uz to, cik jūs maksājat par gāzi, gan uz to, cik jūs maksājat par siltumu. Taču Saeimas pozīcija šos kandidātus izvēlējās klusām, neļāva citiem kolēģiem Saeimā jeb kolēģiem no opozīcijas iepazīties ar šiem kandidātiem, ar šo kandidātu redzējumu par to, kā viņi darīs, kā rīkosies un kā tad būs ar tiem tarifiem nākotnē. Neļāva pārliecināties, vai šiem kandidātiem ir spējas vispār šādu amatu veikt. Un, protams, neļāva ieskatīties viņiem acīs: vai šie kandidāti ir pilnīgi neatkarīgi? Jo – paskatieties! Šodien balsojām, piemēram, par kandidātu Gati Ābeli. Gatis Ābele laikā, kad viņš bija ministres Reiznieces-Ozolas biroja vadītājs... Jā, tajā pašā ministrijā notika konkurss, kurā tika izraudzīti šie kandidāti uz Sabiedrisko pakalpojumu regulēšanas komisiju. Un, par lielu brīnumu, Gatis Ābele bija viens no konkursa uzvarētājiem. Un noteikti jau ministrei Reizniecei-Ozolai nebija nekāda sakara ar to, lai Gatis Ābele kļūtu par šā konkursa uzvarētāju un tagad varētu ieņemt amatu Sabiedrisko pakalpojumu regulēšanas komisijā. Es lūdzu deputātus šo jautājumu atlikt tikai uz nedēļu, tikai līdz nākošajai ceturtdienai, jo visi šie kandidāti tika izskatīti Tautsaimniecības, agrārās, vides un reģionālās politikas komisijas sēdē šajā otrdienā – pirms divām dienām –, bet pārējiem deputātiem, tiem, kuriem šajā laikā notiek sēdes citās komisijās, nebija pat iespējas satikties ar šiem kandidātiem, kā jau es teicu, un uzzināt viņu redzējumu, saprast, vai viņiem ir kaut kādas spējas, un ieskatīties viņiem acīs. Maniem kolēģiem trūkst izpratnes, ka arī mums, pārējiem, ir tiesības būtiskus, sabiedrību interesējošus jautājumus uzdot cilvēkiem, kuri kandidē uz valstij būtiskiem amatiem. Šis izpratnes trūkums ir redzams! Tieši tāpat ir redzams, ka trūkst izpratnes par to, ka vajag nevis balsot uz dullo, bet tomēr pamatoties uz zināšanām un pārliecību. Un tāpēc Latvijas Reģionu apvienības frakcija balsoja “pret” visiem šiem kandidātiem, jo mums netika dota iespēja iepazīties ar viņiem, ar viņu, tā teikt, redzējumu attiecībā uz nākošajiem pieciem gadiem. Un nobeidzot es gribu teikt, ka pašreiz procesā ir arī viens ļoti slepens, slēgts darījums, kuru šoreiz gan virza valdība un kura dēļ sabiedrība atkal tiks nostādīta fakta priekšā, – tā ir Lattelecom un LMT apvienošana. Šodien neviens cits kā Latvijas Republikas premjerministrs teica, ka nākošajā nedēļā valdība būs gatava pieņemt lēmumu. Es atvainojos! Valdības deklarācijā nav neviena vārda par Lattelecom un LMT tālāko likteni, bet valdība jau būs gatava nākošajā nedēļā kaut ko pieņemt! Tātad atkal aizkulisēs... atkal cilvēki ir visu zinājuši, atkal slēpj no sabiedrības, un atkal iznākums nebūs sabiedrības interesēs. Paldies par uzmanību. Un veiksmi jums un visu to labāko!
