Tikai tādēļ, ka savulaik Latvijas Pensionāru federācija ļoti čakli strādāja, un Saeimā mēs saņēmām vairāk nekā 70 tūkstošus parakstu zem iesnieguma, kurā seniori prasīja aktualizēt jautājumu par pensiju indeksāciju, lai vismaz nedaudz palīdzētu saglabāt pirktspēju. Vakardien Sociālo un darba lietu komisija pabeidza darbu pie grozījumiem likumā “Par valsts pensijām”, un šajā likumprojektā ir divas ļoti nopietnas normas. Viena – par pensiju indeksāciju 2017.gadā. Tas nozīmē, ka būsim gatavi 2017.gadā indeksēt pensijas 50 procentu apjomā no algu palielināšanas indeksa līdzšinējo 25 procentu vietā 2016.gadā un pagājušajā gadā. Ir veikti ļoti nopietni aprēķini. Komisija, šoreiz gan manā personā, ir sazinājusies ar jauno labklājības ministru Jāni Reiru un arī finanšu ministri Danu Reiznieci-Ozolu. Un arī no ministrijām šī izpratne ir saņemta. Otrs jautājums saistībā ar grozījumiem likumā “Par valsts pensijām” skar tos cilvēkus, kuriem tiesības pensionēties un saņemt izdienas pensiju pēc diviem ļoti seniem – deviņdesmito gadu sākuma – nolikumiem, kur pēc ļoti nopietnas analīzes izrādījās, ka tomēr likumā ir kļūdas un ir vairāk nekā 200 personu, kuras ir diskriminētas, ja mēs izanalizējam tos normatīvos aktus, saskaņā ar kuriem tiek piešķirtas izdienas pensijas. Te ir runa par cilvēkiem, kuri strādājuši iekšlietu vai aizsardzības sistēmā pēc jaunajiem likumiem. Arī šo lietu mēs esam sagatavojuši, un es ļoti ceru, ka nākošajā ceturtdienā kolēģi atbalstīs likumprojekta nodošanu atbildīgajai komisijai, un komisijā esam lēmuši, ka nākošajā ceturtdienā aicināsim parlamentu izskatīt likumprojektu arī pirmajā lasījumā. Protams, darīt to steidzamības kārtā. Vakardien, cienījamie radioklausītāji, Sociālo un darba lietu komisijā mēs darba grupā sagaidījām cilvēkus ar ļoti augstu, ļoti atpazīstamu vārdu Latvijas medicīnā. Un vakardien darba grupā, kur piedalās gan deputāti, gan Veselības ministrijas pārstāvji, gan ārsti, profesori no Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes, Latvijas Universitātes, Paula Stradiņa Klīniskās universitātes slimnīcas, Rīgas Austrumu klīniskās universitātes slimnīcas un Bērnu klīniskās universitātes slimnīcas, mēs esam ķērušies pie jauna likuma izstrādes par universitātes slimnīcām jeb universitātes klīnikām. Es šodien vēlos teikt ļoti lielu paldies, ka mediķi, mūsu profesūra bija atsaucīga. Mums ir ļoti daudz darba, bet es ļoti ceru, ka gada laikā mēs pavirzīsimies uz priekšu ievērojami. Vienlaikus uzsveru, ka veselības aprūpē tā būs diezgan liela reforma, diezgan lieli jauninājumi. Un vēl trešais jautājums. Par veselības apdrošināšanu. Tas nepavisam nav jauns jautājums. Ļoti daudzi radioklausītāji zina un noteikti gan presē, gan arī citos saziņas līdzekļos lasa un dzird par to, ka ir nepieciešams veselību apdrošināt – īpaši cilvēkiem, kuri vairs nevar par sevi parūpēties vai vēl nevar par sevi parūpēties. Un te ir jautājums gan par bērniem, gan jaunajām ģimenēm, te ir runa par senioriem, par cilvēkiem ar invaliditāti. Mēs palīdzēsim Veselības ministrijai izstrādāt attiecīgos normatīvos aktus. Tad, kad mēs sākām strādāt 12.Saeimā, šādu likumprojektu mūsu kolēģi no Budžeta un finanšu (nodokļu) komisijas nolēma tālāk nevirzīt. Esam pārliecināti, ka tas darbs tomēr ir jādara, ka ir jāveic ļoti nopietni aprēķini. Un pats galvenais jautājums – finansējums. Par to mums būs diži lielas diskusijas.
