Lai gan, protams, mūsu parlamentā ir izveidojusies veiksmīga sadarbība starp trim koalīcijas partijām un SASKAŅU, tomēr arī SASKAŅU, kā jau opozīcijas partiju, esošais regulējums neapmierina. Viens bija tā kā tāds blakus darbs, tas bija Saeimas darbs, un otrs bija pamatdarbs, tāpēc viņi strādāja vakaros. Dažkārt Saeimas stenogrammās ir redzami vārdi “un sēde beidzās agrā rīta stundā”. Es saprotu to situāciju tā, ka tur lielākā daļa parlamenta deputātu palika, tāpat kā Ādamsona raksturotajā situācijā, kāda mums bija atjaunotās neatkarības sākumā. Liela daļa parlamenta deputātu palika, un vienmēr bija spraigas diskusijas. Kā jauns parlamentārietis, uzsākot darbu, es sirds naivumā piekritu Sudrabas kundzei, kad viņa aicināja piedalīties vienā no šādiem pasākumiem, kurā tika uzdoti jautājumi Reira kungam. Un, ziniet, tā fotogrāfija no šī pasākuma, es domāju, nokļūs arī parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisijas grāmatā, un tas izskatījās tā. Un pašreiz tā situācija virzās vēl sliktākā virzienā. Es ceru, ka darba grupa panāks samērīgu rezultātu, un aicinu balsot par šiem Kūtra kunga un Klementjeva kunga ierosinātajiem grozījumiem.".
