Mums šodien bija tāda īpatnēja diena, jo mums bija nevis viena sēde, bet veselas divas, un tātad arī dienaskārtības bija patiesībā divas. Iepriekšējā nedēļa bija slavena ar to, ka mēs apstiprinājām valdību, vai, pareizāk sakot, bija jāizsaka uzticība jaunai valdībai... un tā arī tika izteikta, bet tur bija arī vēl vairāki jautājumi, ko es gribētu pieminēt. Viens no būtiskiem jautājumiem, protams, bija likumprojekts “Grozījumi Enerģētikas likumā”, kurā tika atbalstīta gāzes tirgus liberalizācija. Latvijas Reģionu apvienības nostāja šajā jautājumā ir ļoti vienkārša: jebkas, kas salētina gāzi, jebkas, kas paātrina lētas gāzes piegādi, vai jebkas, kas nodrošina tirgus ekonomisko situāciju jebkura energoresursa piegādei, ir sabiedrības interesēs, un mēs ticam, ka jaunā uzlecošā politikas zvaigzne Dana Reizniece-Ozola kopā ar visu savu juridisko svītu ir godprātīgi veikusi darbu un nav maldinājusi deputātus, apliecinot to, ka nav nekāda riska attiecībā uz šiem darījumiem, paātrinot šī tirgus liberalizācijas procesu. Līdz ar to Latvijas Reģionu apvienība uz šī pamata – lai sabiedrībai būtu ātrāk pieejams lētāks resurss – atbalstīja šos grozījumus. Mēs noteikti atbalstām Latgales speciālās ekonomiskās zonas likuma projektu, jo tas ir tikai normāli, ka Latgalē – tur, kur ir palikušas pussabrukušas ēkas un ražotnes, – būs iespējams ne tikai vienā noteiktā teritorijā, kur varbūt valda kāds vietējais cars un izdomā savus likumus, pie sabrukušajām ražotnēm šobrīd piesaistīt investorus un tādā veidā attīstīt Latgali. Protams, valdības apstiprināšana bija būtiskākais jautājums. Televīzijas skatītājiem jau bija iespēja dzirdēt Latvijas Reģionu apvienības pārstāvja viedokli par to, tāpēc paudīšu arī jums, radioklausītāji, kāds ir mūsu viedoklis. Mēs neatbalstījām šo valdību, un viens no mūsu galvenajiem pamatojumiem ir tas, ka nekas jau nemainās kopumā. Jau no pašas pirmās dienas Kučinska kungs teica, ka šī būs tāda valdība, kas pārņems iepriekšējās darbus, pieredzi, iemaņas, un slavināja Straujumas kundzes padarīto. Bet tas nebūt nav vienīgais, kas par to liecina. Par šīs valdības iecerēto darbu liecina arī tās deklarācija – tas ir tā kā plāns, ko valdība vēlas un ko plāno realizēt. Jau pašā deklarācijas sākumā lasām šādus vārdus: “Īstenosim (..) viedās specializācijas stratēģiju (..), izvērtējot sektorālas investīciju platformas”, “izstrādājot (..) inovācijas pētniecības teritoriālo kartējumu”... Tur ir arī vēl tāds brīnums – “vienota sociālā atmiņa”... Un, protams, kronis visam ir tāds vārds – “sadarbspēja”. Ja šādā valodā ir rakstīta šī deklarācija, tad skaidrs, ka tā nav domāta reģionu cilvēkiem, kuri runā normālā latviešu valodā. Tā ir domāta ierēdņiem, kuri turklāt vēl šo valodu kropļo. Un, protams, mūsu viedoklis ir tāds: jo sarežģītākā valodā tas tiek uzrakstīts, jo... Nav no kā prasīt atbildību, jo tie, kam tas domāts, nemaz nesaprot, par ko ir runa. Bet tagad par konkrētākām lietām. Mēs patiesībā neticam šajā deklarācijā paustajam. Neticam tam, ka, pieņemsim, ekonomikas ministrs, kurš līdz šim pārstāvēja Finanšu ministriju un nodarbojās ar tādu lietu kā mikrouzņēmumu slēgšana ar nodokļa palielināšanu, kļuvis tagad par ekonomikas ministru, kuram jāatbalsta uzņēmējdarbība, pēkšņi sāks to darīt. Mēs neticam tam, ka tie, kas it kā iestājas par demogrāfiju... Tajā pašā laikā... kā Parādnieka kunga iniciatīvas... Rezultātā tagad, lai reģistrētu nomas tiesības, cilvēkiem, ģimenēm jāiet pie notāriem, un tas sadārdzina viņu izdzīvošanu. Mēs neticam, ja mums saka, ka veicinās dialogu. Tajā pašā laikā, jau valdības sastādīšanas laikā, nenotiek vispār nekāds dialogs. Un īstenībā šī ir valdība tikai priekš 61 deputāta (patiesībā – 60, jo viena nebija uz vietas). Populisms skan cauri deklarācijas tekstiem: “izcilu (..) kultūras pakalpojumu izveidi”... Tātad tie ir vārdi, kas patiesībā ir atkal domāti rakstīšanai, nevis pildīšanai. Un tāpēc, izvērtējuši visu, kas mums ir piedāvāts, mēs nolēmām neticēt šim valdības formātam. Mēs neticam šiem cilvēkiem, un tāpēc mēs neatbalstījām. Šodienas sēdē viens no galvenajiem jautājumiem bija par pāreju uz vasaras laiku. Latvijas Reģionu apvienība atbalstīja iniciatīvu neveikt pāreju uz ziemas laiku, jo uzskata: kaut arī 51 procentu iedzīvotāju netraucē šāda stundu pārbīde, ir vairāki desmiti tūkstošu cilvēku – gan bērnu un māmiņu, gan vecāku cilvēku –, kuriem patiesībā tās dēļ ir veselības traucējumi un kuri izjūt ļoti lielas grūtības saistībā ar šo laika maiņu. Vairākums, kuram šī laika maiņa netraucē, nevar būt pārāks par desmitiem tūkstošu cilvēku, kuriem tā izraisa veselības problēmas! Mēs uzskatām, ka Saeimas šodienas lēmums ir nepatiess... nevis nepatiess, bet negodīgs, un mēs mēģināsim kaut kādā veidā šo jautājumu atkal iniciēt, lai Saeima atkal lemtu par to. Un visbeidzot – tiesībsarga ziņojums. Kopumā tika mēģināts kaut kādus šķēpus lauzt, bet patiesībā pats trakākais, kas izriet no tiesībsarga ziņojuma, ir sekojošais: likumi mums ir labi, bet patiesībā pati valsts vara šos likumus neievēro. Un šis tiesiskais nihilisms ir iemesls pārdomām par to, kādus cilvēkus, kādas partijas mēs ievēlam, kādas partijas mēs laižam pie varas. Paldies par uzmanību.".
