Uz austrumiem no Rīgas? Uz austrumiem no Valmieras? Uz austrumiem no Liepājas vai Ventspils? 108.punktā ir teikts: “Izvērtēsim iespēju ieviest izglītības iestādēs trešo sporta stundu un veselības mācību.” Apsveicami! Vakar Izglītības, kultūras un zinātnes komisijā runājām par Valsts kultūrkapitāla fonda finansējuma modeļa maiņu, ņemot par piemēru Igauniju vai Lietuvu. Aicinu valdību to jau šī gada laikā nopietni apsvērt, papildus noteikti paredzot arī stipru reģionālo kultūrkapitāla programmu izveidi. Jo kultūra un vienmērīga valsts ekonomiskā attīstība būtu vislabākā atbilde propagandai. Visbeidzot man jāpiemin arī gatavošanās Latvijas valsts simtgadei. Mēs visi mīlam šo valsti, Kučinska kungs! Gribas ticēt, ka šī simtgade nebūs tikai svinības un ka tās nebūs svinības tikai Rīgā, atklājot aizvien jaunus infrastruktūras objektus. Valdībai nopietni jāpadomā arī par to, lai reģionos būtu ne tikai redzams svētku salūts televīzijā, bet lai sabiedrība kopumā sajustu, ka mūsu valstij ir arī nākotne. Vismaz vēl 100 gadi. Tāpēc svarīgi, patiešām... es, tā teikt, lūdzu likt to aiz auss katram koalīcijas deputātam, katram ministram, ka Latvijas simtgade nav priekšvēlēšanu kampaņas sastāvdaļa. Bažas par to ir izteicis gan Valsts kultūrkapitāla fonda direktors, gan arī daudzi citi. Sīkāk par šo tēmu, ja nepieciešams, varu izteikties kādā no nākamajām sēdēm vai atsevišķā interneta rakstā. Lai ko es arī šodien teiktu, diemžēl mēs redzam, ka koalīcija arī šeit izteiktos opozīcijas priekšlikumus īpaši neņem vērā, neuzskata par nopietniem, īpaši nemēģina tajos ieklausīties. No vienas puses, var teikt, ka tāda ir opozīcijas loma - ka mums vienmēr jābūt pretiniekiem pozīcijai. Taču, no otras puses, kā katrs Latvijas pilsonis es patiesi gribu, lai nākamā valdība strādātu valsts un sabiedrības labā, lai tā īstenotu vismaz pašas izvirzītos mērķus un sakārtotu vismaz pašas noteiktās prioritārās jomas. Lai to īstenotu un lai Kučinska valdība patiešām būtu vienota komanda, vispirms jātiek skaidrībā par koalīcijas pamatvērtībām. Un kas ir šīs koalīcijas pamatvērtības? Tiesiskums vai maksātnespējas administrēšanas veiksmīga iekārtošana? Vienota sabiedrība vai tomēr individuāla vēlme par katru cenu tikt ievēlētam nākamajā Saeimā, neskatoties uz to, ka pāri pārslīd ne viena vien tumšāka ēna? Vai šīs valdības galvenā pamatvērtība būs patiesi zaļa Latvija vai tomēr dažu ostu intereses? Paldies. (Aplausi.)".
