Bet ir vēl viena būtiska lieta, ko mēs iebalsojām un kas stāsies spēkā, pieņemot abus šos likumprojektus. Proti, tā ir apņēmība arī Latvijas dabasgāzes tirgū ieviest citās Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstīs jau darbojošos tirgus principus un uzreiz ar grozījumu spēkā stāšanos paredzēt, ka jaunā likuma 106.pants stājas spēkā līdz ar paša likuma stāšanos spēkā. Un ko tas paredz? Dabasgāzes tirgū tā dalībnieki savstarpējos līgumus slēdz rakstveidā. Un svarīgākais: dabasgāzes tirgus dalībniekiem ir tiesības dabasgāzes transportēšanai izmantot pārvades un sadales sistēmas par šajā likumā un likumā “Par sabiedrisko pakalpojumu regulatoriem” paredzētajā kārtībā noteiktajiem sistēmas pakalpojumu tarifiem.
