Mēs, frakcijas “No sirds Latvijai” deputāti, esam par “Latvijas Gāzes” sadalīšanu, pārvades un uzglabāšanas sistēmas operatoru izveidi, gāzes tirgus atvēršanu un liberalizāciju, taču atbalstām tādu tirgus liberalizāciju, kas ir saprātīga, reāli īstenojama un atbilst sabiedrības interesēm. Mēs esam pret nodokļu maksātāju naudas izšķērdēšanu, pret tādiem likumiem un lēmumiem, kurus pieņemot jau ir skaidrs, ka tie radīs desmitiem vai, iespējams, pat simtiem tiesvedības procesu, kuru rezultātā valstij, ne jau šo lēmumu pieņēmējiem, nāksies no valsts budžeta, tas ir, no nodokļu maksātāju naudas, apmaksāt privātpersonām likumdevēju radītos zaudējumus. Ar ko beidzas šāda, maigi sakot, neizsvērtu lēmumu pieņemšana, mums visiem jau ir zināms. Piemēram, bankas “Citadele” gadījumā parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisija secināja, ka banka pārdota par būtiski zemāku cenu. Grozījumi Enerģētikas likumā ir kā bumba ar laika degli. Un jau tagad var paredzēt, ka tā sprāgs, - jau tagad mēs varam simtprocentīgi prognozēt, ka tiesāšanās ar valsti gan no mazākuma akcionāru puses, gan no zemes īpašnieku puses būs. “Latvijas Gāze” ir privāta kompānija, un šāda tik liela privāta uzņēmuma sadalīšana un daļas pārdošana Latvijā būs jāveic pirmo reizi. Tāpēc likumā noteiktie deviņi mēneši (no 2017.gada 3.aprīļa līdz 31.decembrim) patiešām ir īss termiņš. Mēs esam izvērtējuši ikvienu soli, kas veicams, lai šī sadale būtu kvalitatīva un neradītu valsts budžetam un sabiedrībai papildu izdevumus. Līdz ar to neredzam iespēju, ievērojot Latvijas valsts esošos likumus un labas pārvaldības principus, to īstenot īsā laikā. Šajā laikā ir jāpanāk vienošanās ar akcionāriem par uzņēmuma un akciju sadalīšanu, tas ir, akcionāru īpašumu pārdošanu. Jāatrod pircējs. Juridiski korekti jānoformē dokumenti. Jāveic uzņēmuma novērtējums. Vienlaikus jānodrošina arī uzņēmuma kvalitatīva darbība. Turklāt nedrīkst aizmirst, ka būs jārisina zemes īpašuma un zemes dzīļu zem infrastruktūras objektiem tiesību jautājumi. Mēs apzināmies, ka daudz ko var panākt ar revolucionāro pārliecību. Tomēr arī tad ir jāvērtē ne tikai politiskie, bet arī ekonomiskie un tiesiskie aspekti, jo mēs dzīvojam tiesiskā valstī. Tāpēc mēs uzskatām, ka vairākas likumprojektā ietvertās normas ir valstiski bezatbildīgas, un aicinām projekta virzītājus un kvēlākos atbalstītājus arī publiskajā telpā uzņemties pilnu atbildību par iespējamām tiesiskām sekām un papildu izdevumiem, kuri var rasties nodokļu maksātājiem, īstenojot šā uzņēmuma sadali. Patiesos labuma guvējus no šī darījuma sabiedrība, visticamāk, uzzinās pēc gadiem. Vēlreiz atkārtoju, ka esam par tirgus liberalizāciju, bet ne tādos termiņos un ne ar tik daudziem neatrisinātiem jautājumiem. Mēs esam pret vēl vienu banku “Citadele” - šoreiz enerģētiskajā jomā - un balsojam pret grozījumiem Enerģētikas likumā. Paldies. (Frakcijas NSL aplausi.)".
