Šīs pārmaiņas nenotika vienā dienā; daudzu gadu garumā ir notikusi situācijas eskalācija. No ārpuses Eiropu apdraud Krievija un radikālais islāms, kuri vēlas pārveidot Eiropu pēc saviem ieskatiem. Savukārt Eiropas iekšienē pārāk liela ietekme ir liberāliem kosmopolītiem un internacionāli atbalstošiem sociālistiem, kuri nav spējīgi sargāt Eiropu, bet aktīvi piedalās esošo valstu sagraušanā. Kā jau minēju, Eiropas drošību līdzvērtīgi apdraud divi spēki. Mūsu uzdevums ir neitralizēt šos apdraudējumus. Bet, lai to izdarītu, ir jāmaina politika ne tikai Latvijas līmenī, bet visas Eiropas Savienības līmenī. Iesākumā es vēlos vērst uzmanību uz problemātisko situāciju Āfrikā un Tuvajos Austrumos. Nabadzība, zems izglītības līmenis, etniskie un reliģiskie konflikti ir ikdiena. Diemžēl man ir jāatzīst, ka nekas nemainīsies, kamēr netiks likvidēta koloniālā politika, ar kuras palīdzību lielvalstis saglabā politisko un ekonomisko ietekmi Āfrikā. Ņemsim par piemēru Mali, uz kuru pēc sabiedrotās valsts, proti, Francijas, lūguma Latvija aizvadītajā nedēļā nosūtīja vairākus karavīrus. Jāatzīst, ka Mali ir mākslīgi nodibināta. Tā nav izveidota, lai nodrošinātu pašnoteikšanās tiesības kādai konkrētai tautai, bet sakrīt ar koloniālās franču Sudānas robežām. Valsti apdzīvo daudz un dažādas etniskās grupas. Lai fundamentāli mainītu situāciju, dažādiem komisāriem ir jāpārtrauc doties ekskursijās uz Āfrikas valstīm, lai pozētu kameru priekšā kopā ar nabadzīgajiem iedzīvotājiem. Tā vietā starptautiskajai sabiedrībai būtu jāatbalsta mākslīgo koloniālo robežu nojaukšana un valstu izveide, balstoties uz nacionālo principu. Savukārt lielvalstīm būtu jāpārtrauc sūtīt grašus humānās palīdzības veidā, bet tā vietā jādod stratēģiskie resursi un uzņēmumi Āfrikas valstīm. Kamēr tas nenotiks, nabadzība un kari būs neizbēgami. Eiropas virzienā plūdīs bēgļi, kuri bēgs no kārtējā pilsoņu kara, kā arī ekonomiskie migranti. Eiropa nevar uzņemt daudzus desmitus miljonu afrikāņu un arābu, kuri labprāt apmestos uz dzīvi šeit. Viņi nes līdzi pārāk atšķirīgu kultūru, dzīvesveidu un reliģiju, kas nonāk konfliktā ar Eiropas kultūru, dzīvesveidu un reliģiju. Kolēģi! Mēs jūs brīdinājām, ka masu imigrācija nesīs milzīgas problēmas Eiropai. Pirmās sekas mikrolīmenī varam novērot jau šobrīd – neiecietība pret Eiropas dzīvesveidu un kristietību, noziedzība un klaja likumu ignorēšana, slepkavības un terora akti. Latvija ir pieredzējusi masu imigrāciju un tās radītās sekas. Līdz ar imigrantiem un militārpersonām no citām PSRS republikām Latvijā ievērojami pieauga noziedzība, krievu valoda sāka dominēt lielajās pilsētās. Latvieši bija kļuvuši teju par minoritāti paši savā zemē. Latvija ar katru gadu atveseļojas. Latviešu īpatsvars pieaug, bet vēl šodien okupācijas sekas sabiedrībai rada problēmas. Sašķelta izglītības sistēma, diskriminācija darba tirgū, cietumi, kuri ir pārpildīti ar krievvalodīgiem noziedzniekiem... Bet visbūtiskākā problēma mūsu drošībai ir tie Latvijā dzīvojošie krievi, kuri sapņo par Padomju Savienības atdzimšanu un izjūt piederību kaimiņvalstij. Godātie kolēģi! Latvija nedrīkst pieļaut jaunu imigrācijas vilni, jo tas var apdraudēt mūsu tautas pastāvēšanu ilgtermiņā. Ikviens, kurš aicina vai atbalsta jaunu imigrantu ienākšanu Latvijā, būtu jāuzlūko kā ļaundaris, kas ne ar ko neatšķiras no komunistiem, kuri veicināja Latvijas kolonizāciju padomju okupācijas periodā. Latvijai ne tikai būtu jāatsakās no jebkādām patvēruma meklētāju pārdalēm nākotnē, bet arī jāatsakās no demisionējušās valdības lēmumiem, kuriem atbalsts tika panākts apšaubāmā veidā. Ja kāds man nepiekrīt, tad šo jautājumu ir jānodod izlemt tautai, kura šeit klātesošajiem būtu jāpārstāv. (Dep. I.Viņķele: “Jā!”) Vienlaikus mūsu reģiona drošību turpina apdraudēt Krievija. Tā nav atmetusi savas imperiālistiskās ambīcijas, par kurām Nacionālā apvienība sen brīdināja, bet vairums izlikās to nedzirdam. Lielā tautu staigāšana un līdzi nestās problēmas rada lielisku iespēju Krievijai. Ja Rietumeiropa būs norūpējusies un aizņemta ar migrācijas radītajām problēmām un cīņu pret terorismu valstu iekšienē, tad tas dos Krievijai iespēju nostiprināt savu ietekmi pār Austrumeiropas valstīm. Ja Rietumeiropa nemainīs savu politiku un neapturēs imigrāciju, tad no Austrumeiropas valstīm un Amerikas Savienotajām Valstīm būs atkarīgs, vai izdosies novērst Krievijas ietekmes pieaugumu mūsu reģionā. Latvijai ir jāturpina nostiprināt savus bruņotos spēkus un jāveicina sadarbība NATO ietvaros, jāīsteno patriotiskā audzināšana un jāizveido fiziska austrumu robeža. Savukārt stratēģiskā līmenī Latvijai būtu aktīvi jāveicina cieša sadarbība starp Baltijas un Melnās jūras valstīm, kurām lielā mērā sakrīt ģeopolitiskās intereses. Šī sadarbība ir iespējama ar aktīvu Polijas un Ukrainas iesaisti. Savukārt ilgtermiņā ir svarīgi, lai šo valstu grupai pievienotos arī Baltkrievija. Šī valstu grupa spētu ietekmēt Eiropas Savienībā pieņemtos lēmumus, kā arī kļūt par pretsvaru Krievijai, jo gan iedzīvotāju skaita ziņā, gan ekonomiskajā ziņā Baltijas–Melnās jūras valstis būtu līdzvērtīgas Krievijai. Tad nebūtu tā, kā šobrīd. Sašķelti mēs esam vāji. Ārlietu ministr, ir laiks atmest reaģējošo ārpolitiku un aklu sekošanu Vācijai! Ir laiks mums pašiem skaidri apzināties mūsu ģeopolitiskās intereses un atbilstoši rīkoties, lai nodrošinātu mūsu valsts pastāvēšanu cauri gadsimtiem. To es jums novēlu. Lai mums izdodas!
