Šodien Saeimas sēdē izskatījām virkni likumprojektu, no kuriem kā prioritārus un atzinības vērtus es varu nosaukt Enerģijas dzērienu aprites likumu, kas paredz ierobežot enerģijas dzērienu iegādi jauniešiem līdz 18 gadu vecumam. Šis likumprojekts ir skatīts Saeimā ne tikai šajā sasaukumā, bet arī iepriekšējā, un par to bija diezgan daudz debatēts. Tomēr šodien vairākums deputātu nolēma, ka šos dzērienus līdz 18 gadu vecumam nevarēs iegādāties. Ņēmām vērā veselības ministra bažas par to, ka šī dzēriena sastāvdaļas ir kaitīgas veselībai un tā pārmērīga lietošana ir kaitīga tāpēc, ka tā sastāvs ir diezgan graujošs un diezgan koncentrēts. Otrs svarīgākais jautājums, kas saistīts ar šobrīd aktuālu tēmu, proti, vakar bija barikāžu aizstāvju atceres diena. Kā jau zinām, šobrīd notiek darbs pie valdības veidošanas, un šodien publiskai vērtēšanai tiks nodots valdības deklarācijas projekts, kuru saņems arī topošie koalīcijas partneri. Valdības deklarācija ietver virkni pasākumu tautsaimniecības stiprināšanai. Rīcības plāns paredz reformas izglītībā, zinātnē, kā arī veselības aprūpē. Tas nosaka prioritātes valsts drošībai un nacionālajai identitātei, kā arī aktualizē pasākumu kopumu demogrāfiskās situācijas uzlabošanai un ģimenes kvalitātes un sociālā nodrošinājuma paaugstināšanai. Šis faktiski ir tas sākuma punkts, pie kura mēs sākām strādāt, pirms notiks amatu sadale. Vēlos atgādināt, ka joprojām Saeimā trešajā lasījumā tiek skatīts likumprojekts par gāzes tirgus atvēršanu, un, ja mēs paliksim pie esošās redakcijas, tad 2017.gada 3.aprīlī gāzes tirgus tiks atvērts jebkuram piegādātājam Latvijā un Latvijas teritorijā jebkurš piegādātājs varēs pārdot gāzi jebkuram potenciālajam pircējam. Tāpat joprojām uzstājam uz to, lai gāzes tirgus faktiski jau šobrīd daļēji būtu atvērts. Tas nozīmē, ka, piemēram, tādi uzņēmumi kā “Latvenergo”, “Rīgas Siltums” vai “Daugavpils Siltums”, kas ir lielākie gāzes patērētāji Latvijā, šo gāzi var iegādāties jau šobrīd no ārvalstīm. Šobrīd ir apmēram 60 priekšlikumi, un es paredzu, ka nākamnedēļ mēs izskatīsim komisijā šos vēl atlikušos, vēl neizskatītos priekšlikumus, un ceru, ka tuvākajā laikā – janvāra beigās, februāra sākumā – mēs pieņemsim šo likumprojektu galīgajā lasījumā. Tas nozīmēs, ka mēs būsim nosprauduši ceļa karti, kas nosaka konkrētus soļus, kā mēs nonāksim līdz gāzes tirgus atvēršanai, tajā pašā laikā neieraujot Latviju jaunās tiesvedībās. Tāpat aktuāls jautājums, pie kura aktīvi ir uzsākusi darbu ZZS, ir krājaizdevu sabiedrības. Krājaizdevu sabiedrības šobrīd ir ļoti aktuālas, un tās faktiski ir neizmantots resurss kreditēšanai reģionos, tieši mikrokreditēšanai, jo mikrokreditēšana ir tā nozare, kas, komercbankām aizejot no reģioniem, ir palikusi salīdzinoši dārga, jo administratīvās izmaksas ir lielas. Ekonomikas ministrija šobrīd gatavo grozījumus Krājaizdevu sabiedrību likumā, kas ietvers vairākus risinājumus, kā šo krājaizdevu sabiedrību nozari stiprināt ne tikai naudiskā izteiksmē, ne tikai naudas līdzekļu ziņā, bet arī administratīvo resursu... administratīvo procesu ziņā.
