Jāteic, ka gada beigas ir tas brīdis, kad mēs parasti izvērtējam un pārdomājam, ko esam izdarījuši, kas ir izdevies, kas varbūt nav tik labi izdevies, un to ir darījusi arī Latvijas Reģionu apvienības frakcija. Šajā man atvēlētajā laikā es nevarēšu jums izstāstīt visu. Šī informācija pilnā apmērā būs pieejama mājaslapā, bet tagad minēšu galvenās lietas, ko esam darījuši šajā rudens sesijā, tātad četros mēnešos, sākot ar septembri. Kopumā Latvijas Reģionu apvienība ir iesniegusi dažādos likumos 141 priekšlikumu. Esam rūpīgi strādājuši pie valsts budžeta likumprojektu paketes, esam iesnieguši grozījumus Satversmē, lai atceltu Saeimas deputāta administratīvo imunitāti, un tie šobrīd ir atbalstīti jau praktiski divos lasījumos. Esam aicinājuši atteikties no algas pielikuma gan Saeimas deputātus, gan arī ministrus. Esam rosinājuši ļaut balsot vēlēšanās no 16 gadu vecuma. Esam rosinājuši nostiprināt likumā finansējumu aizsardzības budžetam divu procentu apmērā no iekšzemes kopprodukta. Esam meklējuši arī budžeta ietaupījuma iespējas, rosinot likvidēt Pārresoru koordinācijas centru un Iekšlietu ministrijas Iekšējās drošības biroju, kā arī atteikties no atsevišķu raidorganizāciju finansēšanas. Esam rosinājuši noteikt, ka tā finansējuma daļa, kuru Valsts kontrole ir atzinusi par nelietderīgi iztērētu, attiecīgās institūcijas budžetā faktiski būtu samazināma. Esam iebilduši pret 80 miljonu eiro piešķiršanu airBaltic, un esam iebilduši arī pret nodokļu paaugstinājumiem valsts budžetā, kā arī pret solījumu nepildīšanu saistībā ar iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa nesamazināšanu. Esam aktīvi iestājušies par mikrouzņēmumu nodokļa saglabāšanu, kāds tas ir līdz šim, un vismaz uz kādu brīdi valdība tajā ir arī ieklausījusies. Tāpat esam iestājušies arī par demogrāfijas politiku un to, ka būtu jāsaglabā valsts līdzfinansējums bērnudārziem, kas vismaz daļēji ir atbalstīts. Šis līdzfinansējums ir saglabāts līdz nākamā gada maija beigām. Tāpat ir ļoti daudz citu priekšlikumu, ko esam iesnieguši, virzījuši un turpināsim virzīt Saeimā arī nākamajā un turpmākajās Saeimas sesijās. Runājot par Saeimas šodienas sēdi, kolēģi jau pieminēja Elektronisko plašsaziņas līdzekļu likumu. Es gan nebūšu tik optimistiska kā citi kolēģi, jo es gribu atgādināt, ka šis likums tika... Valsts prezidents nodeva šo likumu otrreizējai caurlūkošanai tieši pēc Latvijas Reģionu apvienības iniciatīvas, jo Latvijas Reģionu apvienība bija izpētījusi, ka, grozījumiem stājoties spēkā tā, kā tie tika sākotnēji pieņemti, Latvijā varētu parādīties sešas jaunas krievu valodā raidošas radiostacijas, kuras faktiski varētu retranslēt tiešā veidā saturu no Krievijas, tajā skaitā par mūsu prezidentu saucot nevis Raimondu Vējoni, bet kādu citu prezidentu. Latvijas Reģionu apvienības ieskatā, tas būtiski apdraudētu valsts nacionālo drošību, tāpēc Latvijas Reģionu apvienība vērsās pie Valsts prezidenta, kurš savā vēstulē Saeimai (uz sešām lapām) faktiski atbalstīja Latvijas Reģionu apvienības pozīciju un izteica šaubas gan par likumdošanas procesu, kādā šis priekšlikums ir pieņemts, gan par to, vai tas atbilst valsts interesēm un nacionālajai drošībai. Tas risinājums, kas tika pieņemts šodien, proti, ka vēl gadu Saeima par šo jautājumu lems un diskutēs, un domās par to, vai vajag vai nevajag palielināt šo krievvalodīgi raidošo staciju skaitu, nu, tas ir tāds, mūsu ieskatā, baltiem diegiem šūts risinājums, kas faktiski neko pēc būtības nerisina, tāpēc diemžēl man ir jāsaka, ka šodien Saeima kaut kādā mērā ir iespļāvusi sejā Valsts prezidentam, neņemot vērā viņa otrreizējās caurlūkošanas lūgumu. Protams, tagad ir jāskatās, kā Valsts prezidents uz to reaģēs un kāda būs viņa turpmākā rīcība. Taču, lai tomēr nobeigtu šo pārraidi uz pozitīvas nots, jāsaka visiem – priecīgus Ziemassvētkus un laimīgu Jauno gadu! Esiet kopā ar saviem mīļajiem!
