Dokumenti ielūgumu apstiprināšanai un vīzu pieprasīšanai nez kāpēc drīkst būt sagatavoti, aizpildīti un parakstīti tikai trīs Eiropas Savienības valodās - angļu, franču un vācu valodā. Mēs zinām, ka lielākais vīzu pieprasījums ir no bijušajiem PSRS pilsoņiem. Un kur viņi dzīvo, šie pilsoņi? Viņi jau dzīvo ne tikai Krievijā (krievu valoda te ir pieminēta); vairāki miljoni šo pilsoņu dzīvo Eiropas Savienības valstīs; viņi ir nopirkuši īpašumus, nebūdami pilsoņi, bet viņiem ir uzturēšanās atļaujas Spānijā, viņiem ir uzturēšanās atļaujas Itālijā; ļoti daudzi Krievijas pilsoņi dzīvo Ēģiptē. Un iznāk tā, ka spāņu valodā tātad nav jāaizpilda šie dokumenti. Tātad, ja cilvēks Madridē aiziet uz Latvijas vēstniecību, lai pieprasītu vīzu, viņam šis pieprasījums ir jāraksta vai nu angļu, vai vācu valodā, vai krievu valodā, nevis spāņu valodā. Tāpat ir ar itāļu valodu. Es domāju, ka tas regulējums ir ļoti novecojis un ka noteikti ir jābūt iekļautām šīm lielākajām Eiropas Savienības valodām - spāņu, itāļu. Un vēl pēdējais. Sakarā ar to, ka ir mainījusies mūsu politika arī bēgļu jautājumā un pārsvarā šie bēgļi ieradīsies no arābu valstīm, no arābu zemēm, un arābu valoda ir ārkārtīgi izplatīta, mums ir apstiprinājums no Kuveitas Izglītības un augstākās izglītības ministrijas un arī no viņu universitātes, ka viņi ir gatavi katru gadu par velti apmācīt piecus arābu valodas speciālistus, kas varētu strādāt robežsardzē vai, teiksim, vīzu daļās. Tā ka acīmredzot mums vajadzēs iekļaut arī arābu valodu. Šīs valodas, gan spāņu, gan arābu, ir daudz plašāk izplatītas nekā krievu valoda. Līdz ar to šis priekšlikums un arī 16.priekšlikums šādā redakcijā nav pieņemami, jo situācija ir mainījusies, un te tiešām ir klaja Eiropas Savienības valodu diskriminācija. Paldies.
