Viņi ir transformējušies par “Radio Marija Latvija”. Tāpēc tā nebija patiesība. Arī, arī arī... Tad mums ir jāatgriežas vēsturē. Tie, kas ir iedziļinājušies, tie ļoti labi zina, ka pagājušajā gadā Zatlera kungs kā Nacionālās drošības komisijas vadītājs parakstīja dokumentu un virzīja likumprojektu, kuram bija sekojoši mērķi. Nav par informatīvo telpu runa tajā likumā. Kas notiek tālāk? NEPLP šogad izsniedz jaunu raidatļauju... apraides atļauju - raidīt krievu valodā līdz pat 2025.gadam. Kā tas saskan ar mērķi paplašināt latviešu valodas lietošanu? Nekā! Nu, un tad mums, starp citu, jāpaskatās, kā ir ar informatīvās telpas stiprināšanu šobrīd. Un te es gribētu citēt to, ko pašlaik saka Valdis Zatlers, kas virzīja šo likumprojektu. Un ko viņš šobrīd saka? Tas bija 8.decembris. Tās idejas, kas bija Ukrainas apdraudējuma laikā, kas bija reāls apdraudējums Latvijā... “Protams, valdība lēma, valdība teica: jā, stiprināsim krievu medijus, krievu valodā runājošos vietējos medijus. Tagad viss ir aizmirsts.” To saka Zatlers. Ko saka citi mūsu kolēģi, ļoti cienījami? Arī “Latvijas Radio 4” tika piešķirti līdzekļi. Tas, ka politiķi nevienojās, nevarēja akceptēt koncepciju par atsevišķa krievvalodīgā kanāla izveidi, ir cits jautājums, bet joprojām Kultūras ministrijas vadītā darba grupa, kurā darbojas visu ministriju, drošības iestāžu pārstāvji, jautājumā par informatīvās telpas stiprināšanu strādā ļoti pamatīgi. “Un tur ir gan īstermiņa, gan ilgtermiņa uzdevumi politiķiem, tur ir reāli darbi, un tie ir vienkārši jādara.” Kas to saka? To saka mūsu cienījamā Solvita Āboltiņa. (Dep. A.Kaimiņš: “Nav cienījama!”) Ko saka pati NEPLP? NEPLP šogad vasarā noorganizēja semināru jeb diskusiju, un diskusijai bija šāds nosaukums: “Kā sabiedriskam medijam sasniegt krievvalodīgo auditoriju?” Ko NEPLP secina? Nu, tie secinājumi jeb kopsavilkums: “Igaunijas pieredze izveidot jaunu kanālu krievu valodā sabiedriskajā medijā liecina, ka šis ir efektīvākais ceļš, lai uzrunātu krievvalodīgos, kuri dzīvo citas valsts informatīvajā telpā.” Turpat tālāk ir teikts: “Šādi netiek samazināta latviešu valodas lietojamības telpa, bet - tieši pretēji - mūsu valsts cilvēkiem tiek piedāvāts aktuāls un daudzpusīgs saturs, kas tapis Eiropas valstij raksturīgā žurnālistikas kvalitātē.” Tas viss ir rakstīts NEPLP mājaslapā. Nu, kā jūs domājat, - vai var neņemt vērā šādus NEPLP ieteikumus? Vai var neņemt vērā to, ko saka gan bijušais Nacionālās drošības komisijas vadītājs, gan esošā Nacionālās drošības komisijas vadītāja? Mums ir jādomā par informatīvās telpas stiprināšanu. Un kā gan jūs domājat stiprināt informatīvo telpu, ja mēs ar likuma grozījumiem ejam tieši pretēji visiem šiem ieteikumiem? Tur nav nekādas loģikas, un tāpēc es aicinu neatbalstīt Liepiņa kunga parakstītos... (Starpsauciens.) Jā, bija parakstījis Liepiņa kungs, kurš ir kriminālnoziegumos apsūdzētais (Starpsaucieni.), un lūdzu neatbalstīt Liepiņa kunga grozījumus, bet atbalstīt manu redakciju, jo mana redakcija kalpo tieši Latvijas informatīvās telpas stiprināšanai un Latvijai lojālu mediju saglabāšanai.
