Mums savā laikā bija pieņemts tāds dokuments, kas saucās “Elektronisko plašsaziņas līdzekļu nozares attīstības nacionālā stratēģija 2012.-2017.gadam”. Un šīs stratēģijas mērķis bija panākt informācijas telpas latviešu valodā un nacionālo elektronisko plašsaziņas līdzekļu apraides visā Latvijas teritorijā, it īpaši austrumu pierobežā, nodrošināšanu. Diemžēl iepriekšējā - Krauzes kunga iesniegtā priekšlikuma rezultātā faktiski pārstātu raidīt deviņas stacijas, kurām no 1.janvāra būtu jāraida latviešu valodā. Mēs nedzirdētu latviešu valodu Krāslavā “Retro FM Latgale” izpildījumā, latviski neraidītu “City Radio Liepāja”, “Radio Jūrmala”, “Radio Liepāja”, “Krievijas hitu radio Liepāja”. Pa šo laiku divas raidstacijas, kurām raidījumu latviešu valodā bija mazāk nekā 50 procentu, jau ir reģistrējušās, ka tās raidīs tikai krievu valodā. Tā ir “Alise Plus” un “TOPradio”. Tātad šie pārejas noteikumi un termiņa pagarināšana, gaidot Satversmes tiesu, ir vismaz kaut kāda tāda izlāpīšanās. Lai gan tā, no vienas puses, ir situācijas nomuļļāšana. Godājamie kolēģi! Tā kā neviens nebija skolā sagatavojies krievu valodas mācīšanai un nebija arī skolēnu, kas to gribētu mācīties, tika atsūtīta biedra Kaļiņina motivācija, kāpēc latviešiem ir jārunā krieviski. Šī motivācija savā laikā tika izstrādāta visām padomju republikām, un tur bija ārkārtīgi interesanti četri punkti, kuri mums joprojām acīmredzot ir spēkā. Pirmais punkts. Krievu valodā ir sarakstīti karavīru statūti, un komandas tiek dotas krievu valodā. Otrais punkts. Krievu valoda ir saziņas valoda daudzo Padomju Savienībā ietilpstošo republiku starpā. Trešais punkts. Krievu valoda ir Ļeņina valoda. Un ceturtais punkts. Krievu valodā mūsu dārgais vadonis, biedrs Staļins, runā ar Sarkano armiju un visām Padomju Savienībā ietilpstošajām tautām.
