Tomēr joprojām ir dažas lietas, kas mūs dara uzmanīgus. Cik zināms, tad pēdējās nedēļas laikā sarunās ar investoru ir izdevies panākt, ka no līguma sākotnējā varianta ir izslēgti apmēram 20 punkti, no kuriem lielākā daļa paredzēja Montāga-Girmesa kungam ļoti plašas tiesības, ieskaitot veto uz lidmašīnu pirkšanu un garantētu 6 procentu ienesīgumu. Respektīvi, mazākuma akcionārs ar 20 procentiem akciju faktiski būtu ieguvis vairākuma akcionāru tiesības. Tā kā Montāga-Girmesa kungs arī uz šiem noteikumiem joprojām ir gatavs parakstīt šo akcionāru investīciju līgumu, tad mums tomēr gribētos zināt, kurš valsts interešu, teiksim tā, nodevējs vai neievērotājs šo sākotnējo līgumu sagatavoja. Ja tas ir kāds Satiksmes ministrijas ierēdnis, tad mēs labprāt dzirdētu par to, ka viņš ir zaudējis uzticību un ministrijā vairs nestrādā. Ja tā ir tā konsultāciju firma ar to jocīgo nosaukumu, tad to turpmāk nedrīkstētu pielaist ne pie viena valsti ietekmējoša darījuma konsultēšanas. Un jāsaka, viņu metodika jau sāk atkārtoties. Vismaz pēdējos lielajos projektos investori kaut kā uzrodas pēdējā brīdī, kad nav vairs laika ne lemt, ne domāt, ne meklēt. Un kaut kā visiem šiem pēdējā laika investoriem kājas aug austrumos. Modrību gan mēs nedrīkstam zaudēt, jo šis plānotais piecu lidmašīnu darījums ir apmēram 100 līdz 120 miljonu eiro vērts. Un, ja padomājam par to, cik liela tur var būt komisijas maksa, tad tas joprojām ir diezgan pamatīgs un gards kumoss. Un otra lieta. Krieviem ir tāds apzīmējums “?? ??? ????????”, kas nozīmē “uz pieres rakstīts”. Tas parasti nozīmē, ka runa ir par cilvēku, kura rīcība ir prognozējama. Savukārt latviešiem tagad ir tāds ticējums - ja tā uzmanīgāk paskatās uz deputātu Zariņa kungu, tad var izlasīt, kas viņam uz pieres uzrakstīts. (Dep.
