Tas, ko izdevās iestrādāt likumprojekta paketē, ir palielināt akcīzi stiprajiem alkoholiskajiem dzērieniem vairāk, nekā tas bija sākotnēji prognozēts, paredzēts. Diemžēl joprojām mums viena grupa tiek īpaši saudzēta. Un, lai arī cik tas būtu jauki, ka šo alkoholisko dzērienu - alu - brūvē gana daudz Latvijā, tomēr no katrām divām Latvijā pārdotajām alus pudelēm tikai viena ir ražota šeit. Tas sastāda vien 16 procentus no kopējā alkohola tirdzniecības tirgus. Proporcija alum pret stipro alkoholu ir neadekvāta. Šī proporcija šobrīd ir 1 pret 3,6. Eiropā vidēji tā ir apmēram 1 pret 2. Un tas mans piedāvājums ir celt nedaudz straujāk likmi alum, tādējādi panākot, ka nākošā gada budžetā mēs papildus iegūtu 1,8 miljonus, kurus mēs mērķtiecīgi varētu novirzīt atbalstam ģimenēm ar bērniem. Un viens no maniem priekšlikumiem, kas komisijā tāpat kā šis nebija atbalstīts, ir saglabāt atvieglojumus laulātajiem, kuri kopj bērnu vecumā līdz trīs gadiem, vai laulātajam, kurš rūpējas par trīs bērniem un viens no tiem ir pirmsskolas vecumā, vai arī... Trešā grupa, kuru es piedāvāju (par šo priekšlikumu vēl es runāšu), ir laulātais, kurš rūpējas par pieciem bērniem. Kādā veidā šie mani priekšlikumi, kas ir saistīti arī ar manis iesniegto 25.priekšlikumu, kurš ir par pārejas noteikumiem... Ja trīs gadu periodā palielinātu šo akcīzes likmi nedaudz straujāk, nekā tas ir paredzēts, tad kā tas atspoguļotos veikalu plauktos? Ļoti vienkārši! “Aldara” alus vai lielo alus darītavu alus cena veikala plauktā palielinātos par vienu eirocentu. Kolēģi, es aicinu ieklausīties - par vienu eirocentu! Mazajām alus darītavām vai tādai kā “Valmiermuiža”, uz kuras produkciju pilnībā attiecināma 50 procentu atlaide akcīzes nodoklim, cena palielinātos vien par puscentu jeb 0,7 eirocentiem, ja runājam pavisam precīzi. Tas ir, ierēķinot mazumtirdzniecības uzcenojumu - 20 - procenti un vairumtirdzniecības uzcenojumu - 40 procenti PVN... visu ierēķinot šajā... šajās plaukta cenas izmaiņās. Ja jūs paskatāties, kā plauktā alkoholiskajiem dzērieniem cenas tiek piedāvātas uz akciju, tad redzēsiet, ka arī visām manis minētajām alus darītavām un daudzām citām apmēram viena ceturtdaļa alus vai vismaz viena piektdaļa - 20 procenti - tiek piedāvāta uz akciju, un tā akcija ir tāda, ka cenas atlaide ir vairāk nekā 20 procenti. Nu, tātad noteikti vēl ir, kur augt, lai budžetā ieņemtu vairāk līdzekļu, nekā tas ir pašreiz. Tā ka aicinu atbalstīt manu priekšlikumu.".
