Es domāju, ka mums ir jāatbalsta pašvaldību patstāvība, nevis arvien vairāk jāsasaista pašvaldībām rokas. Jo - ko darīt tad, ja tās no saviem ieņēmumiem šos 25 procentus nevar atļauties?
