Mēs esam izdarījuši vienu darbu - ielējuši benzīnu kilometra nobraukšanai -, bet prasām, lai tas tiktu izdarīts līdz galam. Un faktiski tādēļ es piedāvāju, lai mēs varētu nākošajos gados drošāk un kvalitatīvāk runāt par budžeta dalīšanu...
