• 2015_11_19_331-seq288 spokenText "Labdien, cienījamie un godātie radioklausītāji! Atskatoties šodien uz Saeimas sēdi, no Nacionālās apvienības puses vēlos izcelt dažas būtiskākās aktualitātes. Šodien tika skatīti grozījumi likumos par nekustamo īpašumu nodošanu sabiedriskajai organizācijai Latvijas Ebreju draudžu un kopienu padomei, kurus pamatoti neatbalstām. Par faktu, ka ēkas, kuras pirms Otrā pasaules kara bijušas ebreju sabiedrisko un reliģisko organizāciju īpašumā un kurās atradās ebreju tautai svarīgas kultūras, reliģiskās un sociālās iestādes, ir jānodod atpakaļ to leģitīmajiem saimniekiem, kuriem tās vardarbīgi atņēma nacistiskās Vācijas un padomju okupācijas režīmu īstenotāji, jautājumu vai šaubu nav. Taču, skatot izvirzītos grozījumus un jautājumu pēc būtības, kā arī pārrunājot to ar kompetentām institūcijām un ekspertiem, tajā skaitā ASV īpašo sūtni holokausta jautājumos, Nacionālā apvienība esošajā likumprojektā ir konstatējusi vairākus būtiskus trūkumus. Nav skaidrs, vai Latvijas Ebreju draudžu un kopienu padome pārstāv visu ebreju kopienu Latvijā, kurai pēc taisnīguma principa būtu jāsaņem atpakaļ savi zaudētie īpašumi. Un šobrīd izveides stadijā ir fonds, kurā zem viena jumta apvienosies teju visas Latvijā esošās ebreju reliģiskās un sabiedriskās organizācijas. Uzskatām, ka šim fondam, kurā tiktu pārstāvētas visas 36 Latvijā reģistrētās ebreju kopienu pārstāvošās organizācijas, būs leģitīmāk un uzticamāk nodot esošos īpašumus, nodrošinoties pret jebkādu konfliktu vai regresa prasību pret valsti izvirzīšanu nākotnē šajā pašā jautājumā. Šodien atbalstījām grozījumus Jaunatnes likumā, kuru mērķis ir nodrošināt jauniešu brīvprātīgā darba organizēšanu saskaņā ar Brīvprātīgā darba likumā ietverto tiesisko regulējumu. Ar šiem regulējumiem vēlamies vēl vairāk iedrošināt jauniešus iesaistīties brīvprātīgā darba kustībā. Ņemot vērā to, ka bezdarbs ir problēma ne tikai Latvijā, bet arī visā Eiropas Savienībā, brīvprātīgā darba pieejamība un pieredze var darboties kā efektīvs atbalsta mehānisms no valsts puses. Tāpat iesaiste dažādās pilsoniskās sabiedrības aktivitātēs un brīvprātīgajā darbā veicina jauniešu informētību un iesaisti politiskajās un sabiedriskajās norisēs, kas ir būtisks aspekts nākotnes pilsoniskās sabiedrības attīstīšanā. Jāatzīmē, ka Jaunatnes likumā joprojām saredzam vairākas nepilnības: ar pārējo Eiropas Savienību nesalāgoto un diskriminējošo vecuma ierobežojumu, iracionāli ierobežojošus standartus jauniešu organizācijām un citas. Drīzumā par to iesniegsim savus priekšlikumus, lai veicinātu jauniešus patiesi atbalstoša un kvalitatīva likuma izveidi. Pievēršoties citām būtiskām aktualitātēm, ir jāteic, ka Saeimas Cilvēktiesību un sabiedrisko lietu komisija otrdien vienbalsīgi atbalstīja Nacionālās apvienības izstrādātu un virzītu priekšlikumu, kas noteiks Saeimas tiesības turpmāk lemt par patvēruma meklētāju uzņemšanu. Šī iniciatīva darbosies kā sava veida aizsargmehānisms radītajam precedentam, un par potenciāli atkārtotu patvēruma meklētāju uzņemšanu ļaus lemt Saeimai, kura tiešā veidā pārstāv sabiedrības intereses. Šādā veidā tiek nodrošināts arī pieņemto lēmumu tiesiskums, ņemot vērā varas dalīšanas principus Latvijas valstī. Esam lepni par likuma grozījumu virzību un priecājamies par komisijas racionālo un apsveicamo lēmumu – nodot Latvijas tautai būtisku lēmumu pieņemšanu Latvijas tautas vēlēto priekšstāvju rokās. Latvijas valsts patriotisma nedēļā pasaule diemžēl iekrāsojusies sēru krāsās. Šausminošais teroristu uzbrukums Eiropas kultūras un dzīves baudīšanas galvaspilsētai Parīzei satricināja visu pasauli un jo īpaši mūs, Eiropas pilsoņus, kas šo teroristu uzbrukumu uztver kā uzbrukumu mūsu brīvībai, eiropeiskam dzīvesveidam un neatkarībai. Būtu vieglāk Parīzes notikumu kontekstā šo Latvijas valstij būtisko nedēļu – mūsu brīvības cīnītāju piemiņas un valsts dibināšanas 97.gadadienu – iezīmēt sēru un baiļu krāsās. Taču es no savas puses vēlos aicināt uz pretējo – ar lepnumu un skaļā balsī svinēt mūsu brīvību un neatkarību un turpināt godāt tos, kas dibinājuši un sargājuši mūsu valsti; pierādīt visiem tiem, kas vēlas apdraudēt mūs, ka esam brīva un stipra Eiropas valsts, un svinēt to, ko ar uzbrukumiem mums vēlas atņemt. To vakar pierādīja tie 15 tūkstoši cilvēku, kas, spītējot lietum un aukstumam, devās tradicionālajā lāpu gājienā.
