Mēs daudz un dažādi varam runāt un vērtēt parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisiju nozīmi, lomu, kā arī spriedelēt, vai vieni politiķi var izmeklēt citu politiķu nedarbus un nosaukt viņus par politiski atbildīgiem. Protams, politiķiem nepatīk, ka viņiem pārmet neizdarības un sauc pie atbildības konkrētajā galaziņojumā, kurā viņi nosaukti par atbildīgajiem, - tiem, kuri pārstāv VIENOTĪBU un SASKAŅU. Pēc tam, kad ar likumīgiem līdzekļiem nav izdevies pasargāt Valdi Dombrovski, Anriju Matīsu, Arti Kamparu, Juri Pūci, Danielu Pavļutu, Nilu Ušakovu un Vircavu no kauna staba (kas gan cits ir šo personu pieminēšana publiskā dokumentā?), lietā tiek likti procedurāli šķēršļi: likumā noteiktā kārtībā apstiprinātu galaziņojumu, kuru Saeimas Prezidijs šodien nozīmējis Saeimas izskatīšanai, pieci deputāti iesaka izslēgt no šodienas darba kārtības. Es pastāstīšu, ko viņi grib. Un tas, manuprāt, ir prettiesiski, lai gan nav nelikumīgi, - viņi vēlas “noraut” galaziņojuma nolasīšanu, tā publicēšanu “Latvijas Vēstnesī” - valsts oficiālajā publiskajā vietnē. Šis “lieliskais piecinieks”, šī zonderkomanda, kurai ir uzdots, kriminālā žargona vārdiem runājot (kas daudz labāk, manuprāt, raksturo šo situāciju), satīrīt šo ķezu ar procedurālu diversiju. Respektīvi, tas ir kā ar tanku braukt uz likumīgu piketu pilsētas vidū. Citādāk to nenosauksi. Šie četri tankisti... es atvainojos, es pārteicos... šie četri komisijas locekļi un Veiko Spolītis, kas nobalsoja “pret” galaziņojumu... viņi pārcentās, jo faktiski pārlikt uz nākamo sēdi, viņu izpratnē, nozīmē “noraut”. Nekas jau nenotikšot, ja, pēc viņu prāta, šis galaziņojums tikšot pārlikts uz nākamo sēdi! Viņiem ir doma, ka komisijai būs beidzies pilnvaru termiņš, būs beidzies komisijai dotais mandāts, jo pagājušā gada 11.datumā komisija ir dibināta, un 11.datumā šis mandāts beidzas, un, viņuprāt, nebūs, kam nolasīt, tātad nebūs, kur publicēt. Manuprāt, šāda rīcība ir apkaunojoša, it īpaši tāpēc, ka starp šiem pieciem divi ir tādi, kas ir bijuši augsta līmeņa... tiesībsargājošo iestāžu darbinieki. Atgādināšu, ka komisija nav ne tiesa, ne pēdējā instance. Un ar nožēlu jāteic, ka Latvijā jautājums par politisko atbildību... Latvijā šī atbildība ir diezgan jauns institūts, un šī ir pirmā reize... Galaziņojumā ir mēģināts nosaukt atbildīgos, un acīmredzot tāpēc ir šī pretreakcija. Lūdzu deputātus padomāt par maniem vārdiem un par Saeimas prestižu, kurš uzticības reitingā ir noslīdējis līdz visu laiku zemākajam līmenim - 18 procentiem. Protams, šī nozīmīgā dokumenta, šī reprezentatīvā dokumenta, kurš būtībā ir tikai viedoklis, “noraušana”, manuprāt, darītu mums kaunu. Vai politiskā atbildība un būvniecības problēmu identificēšana ir tas, no kā mēs baidāmies? Es domāju, ka tas ir apkaunojošs risinājums, kas ož pēc politisku līķu izmisīgām konvulsijām. Tas neatbilst normālas parlamentāras prakses, teiksim, būtībai. Es domāju, ka mēs varam nobalsot “pret” šādu risinājumu, nolasīt šo galaziņojumu un nebaidīties paskatīties patiesībai acīs. Paldies.".
