Lai atvieglotu darbu gan priekšlikumu iesniedzējiem, gan tiem darbiniekiem, kas ar šiem priekšlikumiem strādās, Budžeta un finanšu (nodokļu) komisijas locekļiem un valdībai, un mums visiem, Budžeta un finanšu (nodokļu) komisija kā jau katru gadu ir sagatavojusi lēmuma projektu “Par priekšlikumu iesniegšanas kārtību un formu”. Šogad sagatavotais lēmuma projekts gandrīz neatšķiras no pagājušajā gadā pieņemtā. Tur ir tikai viena, bet, manuprāt, pietiekami būtiska atšķirība šī lēmuma projekta 7.punktā, kurā ir teikts, ka priekšlikumam pievienojams īss apraksts. Iepriekšējā gadā šī bija rekomendējoša norma. Reizēm saskaroties ar jautājumiem, kāpēc tas vai cits priekšlikums ir atbalstīts, bet savukārt cits priekšlikums nav atbalstīts, ir ļoti ērti, ja mums ir pieejams šis paskaidrojums, kurš ir veikts, iekļaujoties 254 rakstzīmēs, un kurš pasaka būtiskāko par šo priekšlikumu. Un es arī ceru, ka šāda paskaidrojuma pievienošana priekšlikumam ļoti atvieglos Budžeta un finanšu (nodokļu) komisijas darbu, jo tad mēs varēsim labāk iedziļināties visu priekšlikumu būtībā. Un, godātie kolēģi, atļaušos teikt arī savā, ne tikai Budžeta un finanšu (nodokļu) komisijas vārdā: iesniedziet, lūdzu, priekšlikumus atbildīgi, ņemot vērā mūsu budžeta iespējas un tiešām ņemot vērā priekšlikumu svarīgumu! Un es vēlos vēlreiz no šīs tribīnes paskaidrot visiem kolēģiem un varbūt pat arī žurnālistiem, cerot, ka mani sadzirdēs, ka deputātu kvotu Saeimā nav (No zāles: “Ooo!”) un Budžeta un finanšu (nodokļu) komisija izvērtēs katru iesniegto priekšlikumu pēc būtības.
