Mans lūgums, aicinājums un jautājums būtu: vai jūs nevarētu rīkot pārrunas ar tām institūcijām, kurām šajā viedās stratēģijas jomā būs jāstrādā, lai tās jums pateiktu, ko domā ar šo viedo stratēģiju un kā tai vajadzētu izskatīties? Vismaz formātam, nemaz nerunājot par to, ka kaut ko pēc būtības mainītu, lai visiem būtu saprotams, kas ir viedā stratēģija, un būtu kopīgs ietvars, kopīga sapratne, kā to īstenot. Tas ir OSI, Cietvielu fizikas institūts, Latvijas Zinātnes padome... nu, kas ir tās mūsu atbildīgās institūcijas... Jo neviens to nezina, un to man...".
