Tas ļauj pieņemt reklāmas gan no latviešu, gan krievu reklāmu devējiem. Tas ļauj retranslēt saturu, kas nav radīts Latvijā, kas ir radīts Krievijā, kas ir Kremļa kaut kāda veida radio. (Dep.
