Man bija déj? vu sajūta, ka arī Zariņa kungs nāks un par šo jautājumu debatēs, tāpēc biju sagatavojis runu. Tomēr paldies kolēģiem no VIENOTĪBAS - gan Čigānes kundzei, gan Lejiņa kungam -, jo viņi jau būtībā izstāstīja visus tos jautājumus, par kuriem mēs šodien runājam. Bet, piebilstot tam visam, gribu izstāstīt vienu pavisam interesantu faktu. Mēs savu gāzes tirgu trešajām pusēm esam atvēruši jau no pagājušā gada marta, kad iepriekšējā Saeima nobalsoja par to, ka šis tirgus ir atverams. Un būtībā tas ir tikai “Latvijas Gāzes” jautājums... jautājums par to, kā “Latvijas Gāze” šinī gadījumā varētu ar “Latvenergo” vienoties par to, ka viņi varētu nopirkt šo gāzi no Lietuvas. Kā zināms, savienojums Klaipēda-Kuršēni (Kuršėnai) ir jau trīs nedēļas atvērts. Tomēr “Latvijas Gāze” dara visu, lai šī gāze no Lietuvas uz šejieni neatnāktu. Viņi šos regulatora grozījumus, kas ir apstiprināti šī gada septembrī, ir apstrīdējuši administratīvajā tiesā, nevis Satversmes tiesā; tas arī rada izbrīnu un jautājumu Tieslietu ministrijai. Bet tas, ko mēs šodien no Zariņa kunga dzirdējām... Protams, beigās jau tomēr viņš saka, ka ir jāstrādā un jāstrādā, lai mēs nonāktu līdz galarezultātam. Galarezultāts, ko mēs redzam, ir tas, ka šī cena kļūst konkurētspējīga. Mums ir alternatīvas iespējas izvērtēt. Tā mums ir sava veida neatkarība - neatkarība, kas līdz šim mums šajā sektorā nav bijusi. Tātad mēs šodien balsojam par neatkarību, un tas ir skaidrs Ekonomikas ministrijas redzējums par to, kā mēs šo tirgu atveram. Zariņa kungs gan teica, ka viņš nesniegs nevienu priekšlikumu, bet, noklausoties šo runu, man tā neliekas. Un mēs redzam patiesos šī lobija, teiksim, bremzētājus, jo tas, ko dara “Latvijas Gāze”, - vienkārši velk laiku un cenšas gūt peļņu ar stāstiem par gaišo nākotni, par zemo gāzes cenu, kura mums nekad nav bijusi. Mēs visu laiku pārmaksājam - maksājam 10-20 procentus vairāk nekā citi. Tas nav maz! Un, kā mēs zinām, mēs esam ļoti nespējīgi pasaulē konkurēt ar energoresursiem. Taču šis ir tas mirklis, kad mēs varam sevi padarīt par konkurētspējīgākiem. Tas pats “Liepājas metalurgs”... Viņiem lielu daļu izmaksu sastāda tieši gāzes iegāde. Padarīsim šo gāzi viņiem lētāku!
