Mūsu vēstniekam tika liegta iespēja sazināties ar Latvijas bērnu, kurš pirms kāda laika bija cietis avārijā un kurš tiek aprūpēts audžuģimenē. Bērnam ir galvas trauma, bet mūsu vēstnieks nevar uzzināt par Latvijas pilsoņa veselības stāvokli, turklāt viņš nevar arī atjaunot Latvijas pilsonim pasi. Vēstniekam vienkārši tika atteikts! Vietējā pašvaldība ir atteikusi vēstniekam tikšanos.
