Es ceru, ka Pārresoru koordinācijas centra rīcībā ir arī vēl plašāka analīze par to, kā šie indikatori savstarpēji ietekmē viens otru, kā tos varētu izmantot budžeta plānošanā un tamlīdzīgi. Un es arī ceru, ka šie indikatori ir ņemti vērā budžeta paskaidrojumu rakstā, kur mēs pamatojam nākošās nodokļu... priekšlikumus. Tagad par dažiem piemēriem un indikatoriem. Nevienlīdzības jautājumu raksturo indekss S80 pret S20, kas... jo tas ir lielāks... Tātad tas raksturo proporciju starp to daļu, kas ir bagātākā daļa, un to, kas ir nabagākā daļa. Jo šis indekss ir lielāks, jo lielāka ir nevienlīdzība. Un šajā ziņojumā ir divas tabulas - sākumdaļā un beigu daļā, un tajā beigu daļā, kur ir raksturota indeksu izpilde, ir ņemti vērā tikai 2013.gada dati, savukārt sākumdaļā jau ir arī 2014.gada dati. Es ceru, ka mēs par to padomāsim, runājot par virkni pasākumu nākamā gada budžetā, kas varbūt varētu šo nevienlīdzību mazināt, un es ceru, ka mēs to varam arī aprēķināt. Nākošais ir... Iespējams, ka ir savstarpēji saistīti rādītāji, kas ir apstrādes rūpniecības daļa IKP un kas ir nemitīgi krītoša, un ir ļoti grūti iedomāties, kā mēs ieiesim augšupejošā Nacionālā attīstības plāna tendencē. Un, manuprāt, šis ir saistīts ar citu rādītāju, kas ir, proti, izdevumi pētniecībai un attīstībai, kas absolūti nesasniedz Nacionālā attīstības plāna tātad šo tendenci un pašlaik ir vērtēti negatīvi. Un atkal tam nav nekāda... Tas ir diezgan pamatoti, jo, protams, politika vairāk ir bijusi vērsta uz atbalstu nevis rūpniecības jomai, bet gan nekustamo īpašumu jomai. Un, protams, šīs politikas ir savstarpēji saistītas un iekšēji konkurējošas. Un visbeidzot dažas lietas par kultūras jomu, ko arī bija ļoti interesanti paanalizēt. Šeit mēs redzam pozitīvu tendenci, piemēram, filmu industrijas jomā. Un arī nākotnes budžeta piešķīruma vidēja termiņa budžets liecina, ka šī pozitīvā tendence varētu turpināties. Savukārt viduvēji rādītāji ir oriģinālliteratūras izdevumu jomā, kur mēs mīņājamies uz vietas. Un es ceru, ka deputāti par to padomās nākošajā reizē, kad būs kārtējais priekšlikums nepiedalīties Londonas grāmatu tirgū. Bet ļoti interesants rādītājs ir kultūras pasākumu... apmeklēto kultūras pasākumu skaits. Un, proti, manuprāt, tas ir vienīgais rādītājs, kur mēs esam jau tagad pārsnieguši ne tikai NAP prognozi, bet pat 20-30 mērķus. Es saprotu, ka droši vien Finanšu ministrijā ir analizēts arī šis rādītājs un ir domāts, ka tas jau ir par traku un ka tā nevar - tik daudz pārsniegt šo rādītāju. Un tāpēc nākamā gada budžetā ir iestrādāts mehānisms, kas noteikti šo rādītāju nodzīs uz leju... proti, PVN kultūras pasākumiem. Tā ka droši vien šis rādītājs tuvākajos gados kritīsies. Bet es ceru, ka ar budžetu mēs tomēr centīsimies ne tikai samazināt šādu rādītāju, bet arī palielināt tos rādītājus, kurus es iepriekš jau minēju... nu, attiecīgi tos uzlabot, jo, teiksim, nevienlīdzības rādītājs ir jāsamazina.
