Kontekstā ar nākamā gada budžetu varam redzēt, ka gan premjere, gan Ministru kabinets meklē vislabākos iespējamos risinājumus, lai apmierinātu vēlmes pēc iespējas lielākai sabiedrības daļai. Protams, ar ierobežotiem resursiem to nav viegli sasniegt, taču tiek rasti dažādi risinājumi, lai novērstu nodokļu nevienlīdzību, netaisnību, ieviestu diferencēto neapliekamo minimumu, un tādēļ sekosim līdzi, kādus lēmumus pieņems deputāti, šķetinot nākamā gada budžetu, un tad spriedīsim par darbiem. Tādēļ vēlos pēc premjeres uzrunas uzslavēt premjeri un viņas sniegto ziņojumu. Otrs. Protams, viens no centrālajiem jautājumiem bija tas, ko kolēģis Līdakas kungs jau izklāstīja, – par algām. Vēlos vienkārši atgādināt... Atceros, ka pirms pāris gadiem, kad šis jautājums tika pacelts, Nacionālās apvienības deputāti solīja ik mēnesi šo pieaugumu ziedot kādai organizācijai, kādam mērķim. Tā kā esmu Saeimas Sporta apakškomisijas priekšsēdētājs, es vēlos īpaši pievērst uzmanību tam, ka šodien noteikti tika panākta virzība uz spēļu sarunāšanas ierobežošanu, jo, kā jau tika minēts Saeimas sēdē, skaitļi ir diezgan ievērojami: uz Latvijas virslīgas spēlēm futbolā no visas pasaules tiek liktas likmes apmēram 2,1 miljona eiro vērtībā. Un, tā kā ir bijuši daudzi ļoti skaļi gadījumi ar spēļu sarunāšanu, šim jautājumam tiek pievērsta liela uzmanība, un šodien esam panākuši jau vienu solīti tuvāk godīgām... uz godīgu sportu, godīgām spēlēm. No šodienas ir sākta virzība, lai ieviestu jaunu definīciju jēdzienam “sporta spēļu sarunāšana”, kā arī paralēli Krimināllikumā noteiktu sodus – līdz vienam, līdz trijiem, līdz pieciem gadiem cietumsoda – par dažāda veida spēļu sarunāšanu un manipulācijām ar sporta spēļu rezultātiem. Prieks, ka arī federācijas ir ļoti ieinteresētas, lai šis likums stātos spēkā, lai šie ierobežojumi sāktu darboties pēc iespējas ātrāk un varētu novērst šīs manipulācijas. Nākamais jautājums, kuram es vēlos pievērst uzmanību. Šonedēļ Sporta apakškomisijas sēdē uzklausījām... Saeimā esam saņēmuši un Sporta apakškomisijas sēdē uzklausījām Ukrainas pilsoņa Ruslana Koņečņija pieteikumu par lūgumu uzņemt viņu Latvijas pilsonībā par īpašiem nopelniem Latvijas labā. Vēlos pieminēt, ka viņš ir 26 gadus jauns puisis, kurš zem Latvijas valsts izlases karoga jau startējis sacensībās, ir uzvarējis, ieguvis pirmo vietu Pasaules kausa izcīņas posmā Kairā, 10.vietu Pasaules kausa izcīņas posmā Budapeštā. Un nākamajā nedēļā Pilsonības, migrācijas un sabiedrības saliedētības komisijā tiks izskatīts jautājums par pilsonības piešķiršanu viņam par īpašiem nopelniem Latvijas labā. Tādēļ ceru, ka mums būs viens jauns, kārtīgs pilsonis un cilvēks, ar kuru var lepoties. Papildus, protams, sveicieni visiem skolotājiem Skolotāju dienā!
