Tā ka, lūdzu, pie Kaimiņa kunga pēc spilgtiem apzīmējumiem... Bet es norādīšu uz tām lietām, kas ir tieši saistītas ar šāda aizlieguma pieņemšanas procedūru. Ir vispārzināms fakts, ka jau augustā Ministru prezidente, atsaucoties Valsts prezidenta aicinājumam izvērtēt aizliegumu nēsāt šīs galvassegas, uzticēja uzdevumu trijām ministrijām. Tas tika uzdots trijām ministrijām, konkrēti - Tieslietu ministrijai sadarbībā ar reliģiskajām organizācijām izvērtēt šo rosinājumu, Iekšlietu ministrijai izvērtēt šīs ieviešanas drošības aspektus, bet savukārt Ārlietu ministrijai - atbilstību vispārpieņemtām cilvēktiesību normām kontekstā ar Eiropas Padomes cilvēktiesību praksi. Un ir paredzēts, ka ar informatīvo ziņojumu tās valdībā nāks klajā 30.septembrī, tas ir, pēc sešām dienām. Tad arī tiks pateikts, kuros likumos un kādas izmaiņas ir nepieciešamas. Kādi ir trūkumi šim jaunajam iesniegtajam četru pantu likumam? Pirmām kārtām, kā jau kolēģe Bites kundze norādīja, ir svarīgi precīzi noteikt leģitīmo mērķi. Vērtējot šo samērīgumu, ko ir darījusi Eiropas Cilvēktiesību tiesa arī saistībā ar Franciju, tā savā 2014.gada 1.jūlija spriedumā Nr.43835/11 ir vērtējusi ne tikai sabiedrības kārtības un drošības... sabiedriskās kārtības un drošības aspektus, bet tieši kultūras tradīcijas - konkrētās valsts kultūras tradīcijas. Tas likuma mērķī nav pieminēts, un tāpēc ir svarīgi, lai mēs iekļautu šīs normas ar konkrētiem mērķiem, kas pēc tam būs pamatojums, kāpēc šī norma ir samērīga. Un šīs kultūras tradīcijas, kā jau norādīja arī Inga Bite, Eiropas cilvēktiesību izpratnē tika atbalstītas kā Francijas pozīcija, un tās izriet no atklātas un demokrātiskas sabiedrības vērtību minimuma, un tās ir sieviešu vienlīdzība un sekulārisms. Šie mērķi ir skaidri jānorāda, lai pēc tam mēs varētu pamatot savu pozīciju. Un tad mēs varēsim arī vērtēt, kurā likumā un kādas izmaiņas ir nepieciešamas, lai, kad šis lēmums nonāks arī Saeimā, mēs varētu pieņemt izsvērtu, uz argumentiem balstītu savu lēmumu. (No zāles dep.
