Es runāju tieši par priekšlikumu, nevis par politisko fonu! Bet kas ir rakstīts šajā likumprojektā? Šeit ir paredzēts, ka Saeimai ir jālemj visi jautājumi, kas saistīti ar personu pārvietošanu... Lūdzu visus paklausīties un izlasīt! Varbūt tiešām ne visi tam ir pievērsuši uzmanību. (No zāles dep. J.Dombravas starpsaucieni.) Un, proti... Es vēlreiz... Es saprotu, ka kolēģiem gribas parunāt, bet ir iespēja arī nospiest pogu un to darīt. Tāpēc es tomēr turpināšu. Likumprojektā ir paredzēts, ka visus lēmumus visos jautājumos, kas attiecas uz bēgļu pārvietošanu, kā arī jautājumos, kas tieši vai netieši saistīti ar to, pieņem Saeima. Ko tas nozīmē? Tas nozīmē, ka mums jālemj ne tikai par to, cik daudz var pārvietot, bet arī ar to tieši un netieši saistītie jautājumi. Līdz ar to, kā jau stāstīja Bites kundze, arī jautājumi par izglītību, jautājumi par veselību, jautājumi par to, kā pabarot tos cilvēkus, ir jālemj Saeimai! Es saprotu, ka dažiem cilvēkiem varbūt tiešām negribas risināt problēmas, kas Latvijai ir aktuālas, bet gribas katru dienu sēdēt un runāt, kādas būs brokastis tiem cilvēkiem un kādas - vakariņas. Manuprāt, Saeimai ir citi uzdevumi. Un es saprotu, ka tur ir arī turpinājums, kur ir rakstīts, ka visu, ko mēs negribam lemt, vajag nodeleģēt valdībai. Jā, to var darīt, bet varbūt sāksim ar to, ka domāsim par saturu! Manuprāt, Saeimai ir aktīvi jāstrādā ar šiem jautājumiem. (No zāles dep. J.Dombravas starpsaucieni.) To es noteikti atbalstu! Un es ļoti ceru, ka arī Dombravas kungs, kas tā vietā, lai atvērtu ausis un klausītos, tagad vienlaikus runā, kādreiz to sapratīs. Bet patlaban, manuprāt, ir svarīgi pievērst uzmanību arī saturam. Diemžēl es nevaru atbalstīt šo priekšlikumu.".
