Es piekrītu zināmā mērā Bondara kungam jautājumā par valdību, bet ar vienu nelielu iebildi. Es domāju, ka valdība kopumā strādā veiksmīgi un mēs redzam ļoti daudz labu ministru. Man faktiski ir iebildums tikai pret vienu, proti, man ir iebildums pret ārlietu ministru, kurš ir vienkārši prasts blēdis jeb melis. Un es domāju, ka VIENOTĪBA iekšēji atrisinās šo problēmu kaut kādā veidā. Un kādā veidā šie meli izpaužas? Te jau tika pieminēts, ka ārkārtīgi neveiklā situācijā tika nostādīts NATO Sabiedroto spēku augstākās virspavēlniecības Eiropā komandiera vietnieks ģenerālis Bredšovs, kuram bija jātaisnojas, ka bēgļu jautājumam nav nekāda sakara ar NATO līguma 5.pantu. Bet, demonstrējot savu intelektuālo potenciālu, Latvijas ārlietu ministrs paziņoja tādu ārkārtīgi interesantu domu. Viņš nebija pamanījis, ka gaisa telpu patrulē Ungārijas lidmašīnas, un teica, ka tā patrulēšana tiks apturēta, ja Latvija nepildīs šo bēgļu kvotu, bet, tā kā Latvija bija uzņēmusies atbildību par 250 bēgļiem, tad... tas nozīmē, ka no Šauļiem iznīcinātāji paceļas, ielido Latvijā, pārlido Latgali, konstatē, ka nākošie 500 bēgļi nav uzņemti, un tātad lido atpakaļ vai gar jūru uz Igauniju. Šis ārlietu ministrs nespēj atbalstīt un izskaidrot valdībai, kāpēc mēs neatbalstām ne tikai Višegradas valstu pozīciju, kas ir ļoti saprātīga, bet arī mums draudzīgās Somijas pozīciju, kura atturējās balsojumā par šiem bēgļiem. Un mēs zinām, ka vakardien Somijas ārlietu ministrs izteica ārkārtīgi stingru kritiku Zviedrijas politikai bēgļu jautājumos. Vai tad mēs nevaram arī izšķirties šajā gadījumā? Vai mēs esam sliktāki par somiem?... (No zāles dep. V.Spolīša replika: “Somijai ir pavisam citāds...”) Jā, paldies par to. Nākošais. Šodien mēs lasām, ka Vācijas kanclere Merkele ir paziņojusi, ka Sīrijas krīzi var atrisināt, tikai sadarbojoties ar pašreizējo Sīrijas valdību un prezidentu Bašaru al Asadu. Tāpat arī ASV valsts sekretārs ir teicis, ka pašreiz ir jāpārtrauc runas par tūlītēju Sīrijas esošā prezidenta atstādināšanu, ir jāatrisina Sīrijas krīze un pēc tam ir jāsāk sarunas par tās nākotni. Latvija ir nostādīta, pateicoties mūsu ārlietu ministram, muļķīgā stāvoklī. Vai deputāti zina, ka Latvija vispār neatbalsta Sīrijas valdību kā tādu? Mēs nemaz tur nevaram piedalīties, un mums jau nav, ar ko runāt. Tāpēc, ka ar ārlietu ministra ziņu Latvija atbalstīja diplomātiski kaut kādu mistisku valdību, par kuras eksistenci un atrašanās vietu vispār neviens pašreiz nezina. Tātad mēs esam izslēgti no jebkāda sarunu procesa, jo, ja jau mēs neatzīstam esošo Sīrijas valdību, mēs nevaram piedalīties arī šajā noregulējumā. Tātad mums ir ierādīta zobratiņa loma. To, ko mums pamet... vai mums pamet, ka 250, vai mums pamet, ka 500 vai... Kā teica nupat amerikāņi, kopumā bēgļu skaits varēs palielināties līdz 9 miljoniem, tātad šis skaits varētu būt no 20 līdz 40 tūkstošiem. Mēs visu tikai norijam un ar visiem sadarbojamies. Es saprotu, ka 72 procentu latviešu viedoklis jeb divu trešdaļu Latvijas pilsoņu viedoklis valdību, Ārlietu ministriju absolūti neinteresē, jo tā sevi uzskata par pārāku. Kā saka, ir citas prioritātes mūsu ārlietu ministram, kā mēs zinām, un līdz ar to es gan ieteiktu viņam pameklēt citu tautu, jo šī tauta ir ārkārtīgi neapmierināta ar šī ministra darbību. Un, ja Junkers... ja, piemēram, Eiropas Komisijas priekšsēdētājs Junkers var aiziet uz Eiropas Parlamentu un sīki pamatot katru darbību, kas jādara, un pēc tam seko debates, kur arī Latvijas parlamentārieši var izteikties, tad jautājums: kāpēc gan Latvijas Saeimai nevajadzētu visādā ziņā pārrunāt šos jautājumus, lai nepārtraukta sērija, muļķību sērija, ko piekopj mūsu Ārlietu ministrija, reiz beigtos?
