Runa ir par to, ka pašvaldību vēlēšanās dotu tiesības vēlēt personām, kas ir sasniegušas 16 gadu vecumu. Tātad paredzēts pazemināt šo vecumu slieksni par diviem gadiem. Es arī kā Izglītības un zinātnes ministrijas parlamentārais sekretārs komentēju šo jautājumu. Mums ir ļoti cieša sadarbība ar jaunatnes organizācijām, un tieši Latvijas prezidentūras ietvaros, kura noslēdzās šajā vasarā, viena no prioritātēm bija jauniešu līdzdalības veicināšana politiskajos procesos. Bija ļoti aktīvas diskusijas ar jauniešiem, ar jaunatnes organizācijām, un tas “sausais atlikums” no diskusijām bija tāds, ka paši jaunieši noraidīja šo ieceri – jau no 16 gadiem ļaut balsot vēlēšanās. Tie argumenti bija daudzi un dažādi – un arī par šo izvēlēto slieksni. Līdz ar to, manuprāt, Saeima šodien pieņēma pareizu lēmumu, pagaidām noraidīdama šo iniciatīvu, jo jautājums ir tāds, kas izraisa daudzus citus jautājumus. Tas ir pretrunīgs, un tas būtu vēl jāskata dažādos citos formātos, un būtu arī jārunā ar jauniešu organizācijām par to, ko darīt ar to tālāk. Vēl es vēlos izcelt likumprojektu “Grozījumi Elektroenerģijas tirgus likumā”. Saeimas Tautsaimniecības, agrārās, vides un reģionālās politikas komisijā mēs nobalsojām par to, ka tiks piešķirtas atlaides elektroenerģijas iegādei ģimenēm ar bērniem un I grupas invalīdiem, un par to mēs nobalsojām šodien arī Saeimā, likumprojektu izskatot trešajā, galīgajā, lasījumā. Un šis likums stāsies spēkā. Saeima šodien lēma arī par likumprojektu “Speciālās izglītības skolotāju, sporta skolotāju un pirmsskolas skolotāju izdienas pensiju likums”, kur ir paredzēts tas, ka šiem pedagogiem tiks piešķirtas izdienas pensijas. Pēdējais jautājums bija visapjomīgākais, un par to bija vislielākās debates. Tas bija lēmuma projekts “Par neuzticības izteikšanu tieslietu ministram Dzintaram Rasnačam”. Te jāatzīst, ka arī frakcijā VIENOTĪBA šī diskusija bija ļoti gara un gana spraiga. Vairāki kolēģi norādīja uz lietām, kas varbūt nekustas tādā ātrumā, kā tas būtu nepieciešams, uz vairākiem jautājumiem, kuros virzības nav, un līdz ar to tas atspoguļojās arī šīsdienas debatēs, kur norādīja uz maksātnespējas sistēmas problēmām, uz investīciju drošības un investīciju vides problēmām, kas netiek risinātas. Tāpat arī daudzus citus jautājumus kolēģi minēja. Taču frakcija VIENOTĪBA pieņēma lēmumu atturēties balsojumā par Rasnača kunga demisiju, nevis balsot “pret”. Tas ir kā uzticības kredīts Rasnača kungam turpmākajam periodam, bet ar nosacījumu, ka faktiski šī atturēšanās ir kā brīdinājums par to, ka ir daudz aktīvāk jāstrādā pie tā, lai risinātu šos sasāpējušos tiesiskuma jautājumus, jo no tā ir atkarīgs daudz kas, arī mūsu ekonomiskā labklājība.
