Un šis minētais finansējums ir paredzēts visām Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstīm, un paredzams, ka lielākā daļa finansējuma tiks novirzīta tieši atbalstam piena nozarē. Un šie svarīgākie elementi ir tādi, ka jāatvieglo lauksaimnieku naudas plūsma, ar 16.oktobri palielinot priekšfinansēšanas likmi tiešmaksājumiem un lauku attīstības maksājumiem. Ir jāparedz pilnveidot privātās uzglabāšanas shēmu cūkgaļai un piena produktiem. Tāpat arī ļoti nozīmīgi ir tas, lai mūsu zemnieki, lauksaimnieki atrastu noieta tirgu Eiropas Savienībā un trešajās valstīs. Un tam ir paredzēts papildu finansējums tieši cūkgaļas un piena produkcijai. Un tāpat arī iespējams, ka varētu tikt precizēts papildu finansējums, lai palīdzētu arī apkarot Āfrikas cūku mēri, kas šobrīd mūsu cūkkopības nozari ir nomocījis... pēdējā laikā. Un valdība šobrīd pie šī jautājuma aktīvi strādā. Bet jautājums: kā mēs katrs, ikviens Latvijas cilvēks, varam atbalstīt mūsu lauksaimniekus? Un te es gribētu izcelt vienu, manuprāt, lielisku tādu sociālu akciju, ko ir uzsākuši Latvijas lauksaimnieki, lai mēs katrs varētu arī spēcināt Latvijas ekonomiku un dotu atbalstu piena nozarei. Proti, tā ir Zemnieku Saeimas sāktā sociālā akcija “Glāze piena”. Un es redzēju arī, ka valdības locekļi iedzēra glāzi piena un aicināja to darīt apkārtējos, un tāpēc es aicinu arī visus Latvijas iedzīvotājus padomāt, ka mēs šādā veidā tiešām varam palīdzēt mūsu lauksaimniekiem. Ja šis noieta tirgus uz Krieviju ir ciet, tad, vairāk lietojot uzturā mūsu pašu vietējo produkciju, atbalstot mūsu zemnieku saimniecības, mēs varam viņiem palīdzēt pārdzīvot šo krīzi, kamēr viņi atrod arī noietu trešajās valstīs mūsu pašu produkcijai.
