Šodien vēlos pievērst uzmanību divām aktualitātēm, kuras ir tieši saistītas ar atbildību – ar valdības atbildību pret Latviju un tās iedzīvotājiem. Kā jūs zināt, vakar Eiropas Komisijas prezidents Žans Klods Junkers uzrunā Eiropas Parlamentā pieprasīja bēgļu uzņemšanas obligāto kvotu ieviešanu. Izvērtējot Eiropas Komisijas prezidenta priekšlikumus, es paziņoju, ka frakcija “No sirds Latvijai” neuzskata par iespējamu piekrist Eiropas amatpersonu pieprasījumiem par patvēruma meklētāju uzņemšanu, jo Latvijai pašlaik nav ne finansiālu iespēju, ne izstrādātas sistēmas, ne apmācītu cilvēku, ne skaidra integrācijas plāna. Frakcija neatbalsta arī mēģinājumu ieviest Eiropā tādu praksi, ka patvēruma meklētāji tiek piespiedu kārtā sadalīti pa valstīm, neņemot vērā, kurā valstī viņi paši grib un ir gatavi apmesties. Tāpēc mēs esam aicinājuši Ministru prezidenti Laimdotu Straujumu neaizmirst, ka Latvija ir suverēna valsts, un rīkoties kā neatkarīgas valsts vadītājai. Esam pieprasījuši pildīt savas valsts iedzīvotāju gribu un neatkāpties no iepriekš dotā solījuma nepieļaut bēgļu uzņemšanas obligāto kvotu ieviešanu. Ja valdība un Ministru prezidente nepildīs Latvijas iedzīvotājiem doto solījumu, “No sirds Latvijai” rosinās izteikt neuzticību Ministru prezidentei. Otrs jautājums, kurš, mūsuprāt, ir aktuāls, ir jautājums par atbildību par valsts līdzekļu neracionālu izmantošanu. Diemžēl šobrīd par normu ir kļuvusi valsts līdzekļu nesaimnieciska un neekonomiska izmantošana. Iepriekšējā Saeimas sēdē mēs diskutējām par valsts līdzekļu izlietojumu KNAB telpu meklējumiem, kuros nelietderīgi ir iztērēti vairāk nekā pusmiljons eiro. Šajā nedēļā Valsts kontrole nāca klajā ar skarbu vērtējumu par projektu “E-veselība”. Un skaitļi runā paši par sevi: 9 gadu laikā projektā ir ieguldīti 14,5 miljoni eiro, bet neviens no 26 plānotajiem e-pakalpojumiem lietotājiem joprojām nav pieejams. Projekta finanšu līdzekļi vairāk nekā 760 tūkstošu eiro apmērā ir izlietoti neekonomiski un neproduktīvi. Ir risks, ka ERAF līdzekļi 11,3 miljonu eiro apmērā var tikt atzīti kā neatbilstoši izlietoti. Un pēc tā visa veselības ministrs vēl atļaujas paziņot, ka vainīga ir Veselības ministrija un Nacionālais veselības dienests, bet konkrēti atbildīgie netiks meklēti! Tāpēc šodien frakcijas “No sirds Latvijai” deputāti nosūtīja vēstuli veselības ministram Guntim Belēvičam, uzdodot jautājumus par atbildību saistībā ar e-veselības projekta izgāšanos un valsts līdzekļu nelietderīgu izlietošanu. “No sirds Latvijai” uzskata, ka ir jāzina, kas ir atbildīgs par e-veselības projekta izstrādes un ieviešanas neveiksmēm. Nav pieļaujama tāda situācija, ka atkal ir tikai kolektīvā atbildība, nenosaucot nevienu konkrētu personu vai personas. “No sirds Latvijai” uzskata, ka ir jāprasa atbildība no ierēdņiem un politiķiem un ikvienam jārīkojas atbildīgi ar nodokļu maksātāju naudu.
